I was trying to watch Clerks last night for the first time, but then I got bored. Maybe the movie is just too dated at this point for my liking?

Seriously. And they think they're being clever and throwing out a gotcha question.

It's kind of a mix, really. At least for me it is, mostly sounding like bin, as legends said.

It fooled me, too, the other day. As long as trending topics is there by Crowd Ignite, it will be crap. It is what Crowd Ignite thinks we want to see.

I was watching something with Colin Mochrie, and he says 'been' like bean, and I keep picturing legumes

I have Canadian friends and have never noticed how they say 'been' before.

I'm a nervous wreck, bf is coming home from work. I can't stop worrying, he called and said he's 40 min away.

I am a little delirious. The well repair man came around 11 am and said the pump is messed up and the water level is lower than normal. He was in a personal vehicle, said the repair truck was tied up all day, and it would be 2 to 3 days before they could come back and fix it. So I left, depressed. Spent $7 washing 2 loads of clothes at the laundry mat, took a shower at a family members house and went to the store. I guess the guy must have felt guilty because he called when I was on my way home and said they were coming back! I am not sure if they can fix it today, but they are trying.

YES! This review says it so well (I started watching it to finish it and got curious if anyone else felt this film tries way too hard to be smart)!

Quote:
This is a movie is absolutely packed with scenes so obsessed with being clever, characters so fixated on being superficially quirky, that they lack any semblance of relevance. It’s all pointless filler that fails to move the story forward, and tells us nothing about the characters we don't already know. Why do Dante and Randall take off from work to attend the wake of a person who has nothing to do with the plot? So they can knock a body out of a coffin for no reason. Why do we spend three minutes watching a guy in a suit sit on the floor and play with eggs?

So a random girl can walk up and deliver a zinger about masturbating farm animals for no reason. The "Vagary" of it all sets your mind spinning.

So I keep wanting to mention pumpkin cheesecake and pumpkin cheesecake crumble bars in the pie thread. So I did it here to get it out of my system.

Thanks again, B I feel so bad for these guys. I am freezing just watching them. It is so cold, the wind gusts are unreal, sleet is blowing around and are pulling all the pipes up from the well. Some have gloves on, and some don't. I know it has to be freezing. I had to make them some hot coffee.

I always try to help or offer cold water or hot coffee to repair people, too. Service work is tough.
