And when did I become such a light weight? A shower, dinner and a beer or mixed drink sounds appealing but yet really doesn't. 4 beers in 5 or 6 months seems to be my limit these days. Considering that I am a former lush, this is slightly sad. Note I said slightly.

For the first time in a long time, I have no plans this weekend. Well, I originally did have plans this weekend as a friend from out of town was planning to visit as of today, but thanks to Sandy, she decided to push her trip back a month. Outside of going to the library and getting some reading material, I don't know what to do with myself. I don't know whether it's a good thing or a sad thing.

I'm jealous! I want to hang out with my mom for the day!

Or my dad. I miss them both. My mom is gonna come visit next month but I haven't seen my dad in a long time. Partially my fault. Some days its really hard living far from them.

Awwwww!!! I am glad my daughter likes to hang out with me. And even though we are only an hour apart because she works nights we do not see each as often as we should. We can go months without seeing each other.

Two questions:

1) where can I find bags like this?

2) Would hot chocolate work instead of coffee?

Has everyone gone mad?

Now Google is getting rid of its background images. I'll have you know, Google, that I'm extremely fond of that closeup of a bulldog.

I am bored.

Kids are at their dads. Mr Man is working, and mom is working and can't talk to me on the phone. It's lonely here.

I am bored.

But I don't actually want to study.

I might want something to eat.

Stupid Lipozene commercial is all:

male announcer voice:

Body fat is stubborn! Body fat is unattractive!

Someone needs to tell this guy that the human body needs body fat. Because it does. The word 'fat' is not a bad thing.
Really.

Okay, that's it. Officially getting in the shower and refilling my wine glass.
