Default IROC

MY RICE IS HARD.

I put broth and beans in a crock pot chicken, and collards. cooked it all day, came back from class put rice in and ALL THE WATER IS EVAPORATED BUT THE RICE ISN'T COOKED. Theres no more room in my crock pot.

Now I'm forced to eat a delicious salad for dinner.

Btw, rice pudding is AMAZE-LABIA.

It's soo delicious. I mean I bought the store kind because I obviously cannot make anything. And it is quite addictive.

I'm not a big fan of frosting.

Cause they get dirty? Do you not have kids?

Fingerprints, crayon, scuff marks from anything rubbing against it. Hell, I found pink popsicle on my bathroom wall!

It took 6 years for her to stop washing every wall in her house once a week. She slowly worked her way to once a month.
I used to clean my toilet daily. I've cut back. I also wipe my stove and countertops several times a day. Even if I haven't used them.

I'm sitting here now looking at my perfectly cleaned baseboards. Loving it.

My kids have had such a bad cough, so theyve been doing the bathroom steam thing. Once the bathroom get completely steamed up, I start wiping down walls. Great chance to clean! LOL

M'am. If you ever call me "baby" again... I'm going to make your drink (venti caramel frappuccino with a shot of espresso and extra coffe, 2% milk, no whip, extra caramel inside the cup and on top and a dome lid "so it doesn't smash the caramel") a decaf. And use whole milk. And... I don't know. Something else!

That goes for ALL OF YOU, customers! Condescending terms of endearment are not an acceptable way to speak to your barista. This includes but is not limited to: dear, sweetie, honey, and also repeating my name an unnecessary amount of times. "Sarah, please make sure that's a SKINNY LATTE! Did you get all that, Sarah? Sarah, if you wouldn't mind..."

Saria -- I want to thank you for sharing your culinary expertise with us as well as your keen eye for fantastic blogs!

I have had spaghetti squash on my mind, and remembered that someone recently asked for advice on how to cook it, so on my hunt I came across a post of yours from about a year ago, on how to properly cut a spaghetti squash. You posted a link to the Maoomba blog. Not only did I have a fantastic dinner tonight, but I've had some great reading material - I'm on page 12 already!

Don't judge! I'm home alone

Y'all gotta stop talking about cake and/or frosting.

Because now I want both and I caaaaan't.

I really shouldn't have volunteered to work today. But $27/hour for 10 hours just seemed SO GOOD..... >.<

I've been drinking watered down juice for the past few weeks to conserve on juice, the price of juice is so high. 2.00 is too much. 1 oz of juice per 10 oz. (I drink big cups)

I've just drunk an actual glass of juice. OMG WTF ITS SO FREAKING SWEET EWWWWW.

^ I often water-down juices and sodas, just because I don't eat or drink things with a lot of sugar generally. It's amazing how overly sweetened most things taste once your palate adjusts.

Aww, thanks rubber biscuit! And how could I judge you? You should see how the hours pass me by while perusing the internet!

I met up with two friends for Korean pork belly and spicy fried rice (and I even downed some soju). It was so much fun! You guys, this is why I yearn for more female friendships. Female friends are awesome. And my two friends didn't know each other, but they are pretty much neighbors, so now they're gonna be friends.

Nah my cakes rock

Look I love everything about cake, but I have a sweet tooth. I always have the edge of the square cake
