I have been sick for over a week and still feel like isht. When will this end?! Ugh! I should've never had the discussion about not getting sick that often because I totally jinxed myself.

Just think of how you could write the heart-wrenching story of your family's voyage to the United States, complete with a look into the difficulties of adjusting to a new culture and learning the language (Spanish, ofc). Your kids will struggle at first, feeling out of place, but some nice kids will take them under their wing and show them the ropes. With time, they may find that there are even some similarities between old country and new country, including maybe even similar holidays.

Okay, who used my spatula and stuck it back in the drawer covered in unidentified sticky gunk? Seriously people, the lab is hazardous enough without someone leaving unidentified chemicals on my stuff.
I am tired. I am working extra every day this week to make up for missing Friday, running 42 miles as part of marathon training, and preparing to be out of town twice in a week, for a wedding then for Thanksgiving.
I am apparently more addicted to reading my other favorite forum than I had realized. It has been down for upgrades since Monday and I'm in withdrawal.

I'm at the cities cathedral waiting for a training course to start and although I'm not religious, I think it's a shame there's a full service with a choir happening to empty pews.
I love the sound of choirs in churches though.
