Unsubsidized health care is insane.
My husband and I just signed up for a high deductible HSA plan through his employer, a large multinational corporation, for $120 a month. And the company tosses $1200 in our HSA for us. We could have gotten a higher risk plan for $35 a month (higher deductible).
The rate for the very comparable insurance offered by my contract company? $91 a WEEK. 3x the price, and that would be for just me. If I added a family in there, they would literally take 65% of my paycheck for health care.
So broken.

Popped into the shopping centre on the way home from work. People were running around with massive shopping lists. What is it about Christmas that makes people act so irrationally? It's only the middle of November so why is everyone acting like its 23rd December? Nuts.

I colored my hair again today. I did dark neutral blonde - my hair is medium brown but doesn't take color easily. I expected it to lighten a little since its the second time I've used the color but nope. Its still the golden light brown it was before. Just fresher looking. Guess I will need to go down a shade if I do want it lighter.

I almost got into a fight with a lady yesterday. She was all wigged out about what line I was in. Seriously lady, the registers share a line. Both of them have people who just started checking out. Does it matter right this second?

Try having to pay for COBRA or not having healthcare at all and paying out of pocket. It is very daunting when you are a fixed income and have an incurable disease that requires constant medical attention. Broken is an understatement.

So I get tomorrow off too. Yay for guaranteed 40 hour/week paychecks in the event of a breakdown!
But it also means that when I worked Monday, I didn't get pay and a half, which BLOWS.
At least everything should be fixed by Monday! >.<

I feel like the worst person in the world right now. 
I turned into the bottom of my road and almost hit what I thought was a puppy. It kept running in front of my car. When I got a good view I saw it was a large floppy eared bunny. I got out and it ran up to me and let me pet it

I had to leave it because, well, I don't carry cages in my car. My pet taxi is broken. I don't have a large enough box for it at home, plus I have two cats inside and two dogs running around outside. OMG it's killing me. It has to be someones pet.

You could post a lost and found on Craigslist, maybe.
I'm not sure if your local shelter takes rabbits, ours does. It might be an option if you see him again in the daytime.

I came running into my house, picked up the pet taxi and the door fell off. The hinges broke. I then tore the house apart but can't find anything larger than a shoe box. It 's depressing.
I have called everyone at the bottom of the road that I know, and that are still home (many are seasonal residents). No luck. I will call the shelter tomorrow. I am not sure if they take rabbits or not. I don't think they do.
It is very sweet but I don't know how a rabbit would handle a car ride up my mountain, with free reign of my car. That might not be pretty.

Oh thank goodness! The man who lives above my Aunt just went down and got it. It was still in the same area. That makes me so happy!! I was scared it would be a coyote snack.
