The children on this board are teenagers, who read, hear, and see this and much worse on a daily basis on tumblr (it's way bigger and more popular than nc.com, and much younger audience) and in schools. Or really, all of the Internet. Children much younger than that really have no business being unsupervised while online.
Considering how money-hungry this site is I'm surprised they don't just start up naturallycurlykids.com and settle that, since when it comes to the forums the overwhelming majority is adult women.

I actually 100% agree with this.

Wanted to post the really funny, silly video from homecoming skits here, but then I realized that it has my high school's name on it. Let it be known, however, that there is a video of a third of my senior class doing a dance to Gangam Style on youtube.

Hearing from friends you haven't heard from in a while is really nice.

There was a kids site when I first joined. I wonder what happened to it.

what's the point of living if you're just gonna die.

I love seeing people happy. Commercials with people laughing make me feel all warm inside.

I also like watching people just do things that make them happy. When they're not running around crazy stressed. Playing ball with their dog, fishing, taking a walk with their kids. I like that.

I don't want to go back to school now there's gonna be an empty seat where someone should be sitting.

It's not very fair.

So many people have died this semester, and it never really hit me until you see the person everyday and you never bothered to really know them and now they're gone. He was supposed to graduate this semester.

I understand what you are saying, but I would also note that we cannot know how many lives he has already touched/changed or what personal goals he has reached. When someone young dies we often only think about unfufilled future possibilities and not about what public or private obstacles she may have had and already surpassed. It is not fair, but if we ignore that he may have already done great things by his own measure we undervalue what contribution he made while living.

I need to deal with all the stress I have.

So I joined a gym.

At the very least, it can't hurt... right? Unless my klutztitude kicks in.

I've worked out and watched my calories since the spring. I lost 5 lbs.
Now my treadmill is broken abs its too cold for me to want to walk outside. I already feel bloated.

So I imagine I'll gain weight over the winter, spend 6 months dieting abs exercising to lose a whole 5 lbs again.

Great.

this would make me laugh if I wasn't sad.

today has been full of things that make me sad.

Now for the walking dead, it'll probably be a sad episode, to complete the day.
