I still don't get the appeal you ladies see in Joe Biden. I find him rather unattractive and too snarky for my liking.

Today, I was fixing my hair in my car mirror before going into a store... Lo and behold I spotted this nasty black hair sprouting from my chin! I swear, the thing was probably close to an inch long. I just wonder how long it had been there. It was in a totally noticeable spot, too! 
I get them in the same spot every few months... You'd think I'd remember to regularly check for them, now!

We had a catastrophic fire danger day today in a lot of the state and a couple of bushfires were happening over in the west. It's not even summer yet.

I'm stressing out because tracking info says my package was delivered, yet it's nowhere to be found. I deleted the original order email from the company and the shipping one has no address. The UPS tracking info also provides no address and I'm now at that point where I wonder if I mistyped it, however unlikely that is. Gah, where is it?!

Saving a few hundred dollars this year is the one advantage to the value of the house dropping so much.
I'm hoping it will get better soon. They are back to selling comparable new homes for approximately what we paid for ours, and they keep claiming that the housing market is rebounding in our city, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

I'm considering working a few hours on Thanksgiving. Chef says he might need some people carving. Seeing as how I have no actual plans on Thanksgiving, I don't have an issue getting home a bit later in exchange for the level if CHA-CHING! I'll be making. Plus hey, I get to really put my obsessively sharpened knives to use.

Finer, mixed with coarser strands, low-porosity, wavy curly whirly hair...3A, 2C hair. Medium thickness, medium elasticity.
S-shaped hair with corkscrew ends. My hair is even more confused than me ;p
My hair officially hates protein  Once a month is enough!
Currently a fan of TiGi products, (rock on, TiGi Curlesque styling creme!) but that will soon change - I am a self-avowed product junkie! Yay!

I keep finding these scabs on my elderly cat but nary a flea to be found. And while trying to look at them she was squirming and I think I hurt her because she hissed at me. My poor kitty.

The dream I had of Joe biden still hauntes me. I have taken several showers and baths since I had it, even my kittens have given me a scrub down. I still feel dirty. It was my dream so I guess I'm the grandpa molester. 
Lady are you crazy?!?!?! Us lowly level techs do not make enough money to shop where you shop. ohh wow cashmere on sale at 50% off at ann taylor. guess what? still cant afford it!

My boss is awesome. The temps in his group get holiday pay, so I already have 16 free hours entered on my time card for Thursday and Friday.
They felt bad that we weren't allowed to work those days that are company holidays and were essentially forced into taking unpaid days, so they decided to pay us. Which is awesome, because I wouldn't have worked those days even if I had been allowed to, lol.

I love the look of a white washed kitchen. I love the aged white wooden tables, white curtains, counters, maybe a glass chandelier - but that stuff is so not me. If I tried to do that in my house I would quickly change it back.
Everything in my house is brown and black. Accents of only red, orange, or green.
Except the girls room. Which is light blue and purple.

Why am I going to waste my time socializing with people I don't like or know? I have to make up the hours. I'd rather leave work earlier since I always have so much to do after work and by the time I have free time it's already late and guess what, I do have a life and people I want to see or things I want to do for my own leisure.
Or I'd rather get my ugly ass nails done or face threaded. It's been weeks or months, dont remember but both are horrible and I haven't made time to do it. I'm getting my nails done in about an hour. And I don't want to hear it. Why is it so hard to understand?
I don't like having to stay at work til 6 or 7 on a holiday week or a Friday ever. And how do you have rollover vacation days? I always run out. Do you really have that much free time on your hands or nothing better to do than work? That's sad.
And why comment because I worked my 8 hours and left at 5:30pm while you are still here? I don't have 60k in student loan debt so no I don't need the overtime. I wish I could, I could use more play money but I got other things to do.
Also just because you are on a diet or have really slow metabolism or feel the need to look like a model stop judging the rest of us for eating real and good food almost everyday. I don't comment on your disgusting salad so don't comment on our pecan pie, hashbrown, grits, etc. Obviously your definition of living life doesn't match ours. Working all the time and eating salads. How sad that must be.
