Haha! This made me LOL! I love it!

I actually believe cooking it is cleaning enough.

But I do usually hold it by the wings and make it dance around the counter.

And that thought terrifies me. What if it falls back onto my shirt then I've got turkey juice all over me and I've got to change and what if it splatter on the floor... it's ridiculous. Salmonella runs wild!!! haha

You don't let it ride on your shoulders, silly!!

(I know what you mean though. I am so squigged out about poultry slime. I frantically wipe my counters and wash my hands afterwards.)

They are tenting my work for the holiday. So we need to take everything out of here. I'm annoyed that I have to take my plant home and the plant food. I refuse to take my pictures home. I'm just going to take them off the wall and put them in my desk. I don't lick my pictures so I think I should be ok. I'm also leaving my 12 pack of coke here.

I better not forget my plant. I will be more annoyed that I forgot it then to have to take it.

I dunno...everytime I open my mouth or put my fingers to the keyboard I have the impending feeling that I am going to say something really stupid or that shows my ignorance. I think I've posted many things on NC that probably 1) irriated people because of my lack of understanding 2) or down right makes me sounds insane...

Minxy, tell me you're spending the holidays with people who appreciate you.

Otherwise you're coming over here for Thanksgiving.

I'm going to my mom's house. She appreciates me. My brother will be there and since we are estranged, that will suck, but my mom is good enough to make it worth it.

And we will probably skype with my sister and the fam-bam so that will bring a lot of happiness.

But I won't lie and say that i wouldn't love to come over and watch the turkey dance along the counter.

One of my favorite episodes of Everyone Loves Raymond is the thanksgiving one where Deborah keeps dropping the turkey on the ground. And one my favorite Friends episode is the one where they wear the turkey on their head with the little hat.

I watch entirely too much tv.

^ I kind of live my life by Everybody Loves Raymond, so I totally get you.
My Thanksgiving will be with boyfriends silly mom and sister, us, and my kids, so there will be nothing serious about it.

I don't know why my mom feels the need to pull stuff out of her storage room & garage, into the house, just before company comes. She does it every single year. I walk in to boxes of isht everywhere, and have to put it all back. It is honestly like some nervous tick.

I'm taking a bath a d boyfriend comes home and carries the ridiculously heavy cedar chest from the downstairs hallway into the living room - like I asked him to do yesterday but didn't honestly think I was going to get him to do it.

We may be married by morning.

I think I tore my rotator cuff while "walking" my dog.

He ran to play with his friend and yanked my arm in the process. I was trying to pick up a poop.

I hope it's just a minor strain, not a complete tear. Things like this make me wish I didn't have a dog. We need more training because he's so impulsive and doesn't follow commands consistently.

Attachment 27420
