I innocently click on the link in my email notifying me there is a new post in this thread and THIS is what pops up in front of me right as I take a sip of my coffee. I then proceeded to  .

God, now I feel bad. I wasn't able to make it because my exams start on Monday and my mother was being a huge fusspot about me travelling.
Hopefully we can be able to meet up at some point in the future (either when I have Spring Break or something) since the tickets are pretty much the same price no matter where in the world I'm going (hyperbole), but NYC and Dom Rep really are the same price.

KayB, that is a bummer! But given the crappiness of the tickets prices, I guess you guys can meet anywhere!

I have had calls about emails, and viruses, of this nature. Seriously?
We have a large problem with people from other states coming to my area to prey upon the elderly with home improvement or soliciting scams. It is awful. Officers do everything they can but they still slip in on back roads.

Door to door meat salesmen have to be the worst, because it used to be a legitimate business. Not any more, for the overwhelming part.
Well, actually, they are both rather bad. The home improvement scammers spend a great deal of time inside the home. It's so incredibly sad to hear the fear in someones voice, once they have realized, and then the other comments about being gullible or stupid, etc.
I dislike those a**holes, immensely.
