Sooo, what type of cheesecake should I make? I had originally intended to do a low-fat lemon curd swirled one because it's nice and light and beautiful, but now I'm being seduced by thoughts of coconut and lime cheesecake with brown sugar roasted pineapple. Or a caramel yogurt cheesecake. Or a vanilla bean labne one. Or a no-bake with citrus salad!

Has anyone here made a Seven Day Cake, or Friendship cake, and been able to hold out 3-5 days before cutting into it? Talking about coconut cake reminded me of a conversation my co workers and I had about this. Many people we know have tried, but all have failed.

Sigh, I pushed it over because it's in the way. We'd talked about getting rid of it but apparently you forgot. It doesn't matter, I didn't want it there and took action, you've done the same with many things around the house (need I remind you of the honeysuckle bush?). If it gets put back up I'll take further measures and you will find it burning in the fireplace.

Oh, it's a starter cake! I loved everything I ever made with my starter. Mmm, the pancakes. Had it in the fridge for a long long time. I don't remember making the 7 day cake tho.

PEOPLE! FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS GOOD AND HOLY, STOP ORDERING OUR STRAWBERRY BANANA SMOOTHIES!

They're nasty. Like, those bananas that go in there? Yeah, those come from the freezer. But it'll ruin our blender if we blend them while frozen, so we have to microwave them. Which means that you're getting cooked bananas in your smoothie. Ew. I know for a fact that there are so many other places with more delicious smoothies. Don't bother with ours, PLZ!

Second of all, your barista hates you at least a tiny bit when you order one. I just hope you know that.
