So she claims that it really reads as: Do you want to be with me and only me, like two people in a relationship do?

or: Do you want to be with me and only me?

Either way, she didn't ask that. She asked me if I wanted to be with her because two other people want to be with her. I keep trying to explain that her question is f-ed up and she can't see it. She thinks I'm being difficult on purpose.

MissB- no. She doesn't to go visit her family for an afternoon, her birthday, holidays, anything. She just sits at home. Even if we aren't getting along, she doesn't want to leave if I'm there. She will just be there with me miserable. I don't get that. I'm not made like that. I'd rather quality over quantity. And she takes deep offense at my not wanting to sit miserable with her all the time.

I truly do love her. It just isn't the relationship for me and I don't see that it ever will be.

I know, brrrrr! I should have found a hat while we lived in snowy CT, but my hair would never cooperate with that. I suppose as long as I put it on and never planned on taking it off all day I'd be fine. Scarves and earmuffs are mah friendz.

I think my physical therapist is trying to slowly work with me on a few things I didn't even realize I was doing. It's so hard to break life long habits! My PT Is very nice, but it's just so awkward for me to have someone touching me I barely know.

LA, I totally forgot to mention that Mr. Spring was telling me about that relaxation technique the night before you mentioned it here!

Another broken tooth. Which means the 2nd crown this year. Another $700 down the drain. Between teeth and other medical bills I'm about ready to step in front of a bus. Thousands and thousands out of my pocket. And I HAVE insurance. The whole industry needs an overhaul.
But in the meantime, all the fireballs, lifesavers, hard candies, jordan almonds, and mints went into the trash. They are simply tooth wreckers for people like me who MUST chew them. Sadness.

But on a lighter note, New Petie will be getting $27 worth of Christmas presents from Santa! He is a spoiled mouse.

Jeepy, I can't have popcorn anymore because I can't keep from chewing on the unpopped kernels, which never fail to affect (i.e., ruin) one of few fillings. I think I've gone through three (fillings), so I understand about crunchy no-nos.

Im sorry CM. This might not be what you want to hear, but you've gotta break up with her. For your sanity and self esteem. Either she's playing mind games, which makes her a cruel person, or she has no grip on reality, which IMO makes her dangerous. Get out as soon as you can.

Love does not "make up for everything else". Love is its own entity. Tell yourself it is okay to love her and move on. That's very hard to do. With time, the love will fade and you will find yourself in a better place. Hopefully by that point, you will have moved on instead of still being with her and then realizing you don't love her. (((HUGS)))

I know. I'm trying to stick to my guns.

I broke at 2 am last night because I just wanted to get some sleep. But it continued bad this morning.

I'm sticking to it. I'm devastated at the end of a relationship that for a decade I thought would have been perfect. A person that was so wonderful to me before. That was so understanding. Now I just feel like a jerk for resenting all the things that we did to each other over the last three years. But I do. And I need to accept that my resentment isn't going to disappear just because I (or she) want it to.


Shoot, I held resentment against my sister for a dumb thing she did as a kid, for like 15-20 years. I can't say that I will easily accept the bads that happened.

Oh my lord I just wandered into the Yoga thread. If you're secure in your religion then attending a yoga class whether spiritual or not shouldn't bother you. If it does then maybe you need that soul searching done anyway.
