And yes, I totally just had more of a YUM reaction to cheese straws than Shemar Moore. Though he is hot.
My Grandmother made the best cheese straws and I haven't had one that good since. It was the thing everyone wanted when we had family gatherings and was the first thing to go. When Mr. Spring and I started dating and I started taking him to family gatherings he fell in love with those things. I really wish I had her recipe so we could both enjoy them again.

Even with the spiders, Australia is still my #1dream destination.

The jellyfish, though. They do make me reconsider, sometimes.

The beaches affected by jellyfish, the Box anyway, are closed during jellyfish season.

I'd be more concerned with the crocodiles that swim in the jellyfish affected water

Totally blown away that Caitlin Todd and Maura Isles are the same person. I had no clue.
I had to look up both of these names since I don't know who they are. And now I'm befuddled as to why they are the same person using 2 totally different names.

Saria would be so so jealous of my ancient cookie press. It looks like some weird torture device.

Why doesn't that surprise me?

I'm foolishly unafraid of crocodiles.

The FB friend who is always traveling is there right now. She's been there since before Christmas. Sigh.
She's the one who went on a trip through various Asian countries not too long ago.

I started watching Nikita and I want the boots Maggie Q is wearing so much. Can't find anything about the fashion on that show, though.

Those are the names of some of the characters Sasha Alexander plays/has played in TV shows. I recognized Caitlin Todd from NCIS but not Maura Isles as I don't watch Rizzoli & Isles. But it doesn't surprise me the correlation wasn't there because Kate's hair was dark brown and Isles is much much lighter.

Saria, you should send her a tweet and ask. She might know & respond, you never know!

Are you watching the NCIS marathon too? LOL, I just realized that too about Caitlin/Maura. The dark hair makes her look like Carrie Anne Moss. I swore that's who she was at first. But it seemed odd for a movie actress to be on TV.

They smell and can really scratch your face up when they get pissed off. They can be vicious little buggers. Cute though
