Cheese straws?! Oh, I want.

My mom and I were just talking about presses. She said her mom used to use one and it never came out right. I think she was annoyed when my response was "sounds like the dough was too wet."

And yes, I totally just had more of a YUM reaction to cheese straws than Shemar Moore. Though he is hot.

I've decided that I'll never get down to my original weight, and I'm OK with that--After all, 8 pounds 2 oz. is just not realistic.
Just for legends - so you're reminded of the cute things we have here (not just humongous spiders!).

Saw this little critter when out walking yesterday. Saw an echidna too but the photo was no good.

Fat does not make you fat. It's actually pretty important.
I already posted it on facebook, but it bears repeating.
Totally blown away that Caitlin Todd and Maura Isles are the same person. I had no clue.

I started watching Nikita and I want the boots Maggie Q is wearing so much. Can't find anything about the fashion on that show, though.

Saria, you should send her a tweet and ask. She might know & respond, you never know!
