I didn't have a chance to come back last night and tell the tale of Curlyminx and the roast.
I got it set up and in the oven. At about an hour, I had to leave and pick up the NSSO from work (I guess her mom didn't want to bring her home). It took an hour to go and get back.
Yes. I left the house with the oven on. And I'd leave the house with the dishwasher and the dryer on too (maybe not all at once though... then again, maybe I would *insert lift of right eyebrow*). I live dangerously like that. hehe..
It was a little over cooked, but I took it out and let it rest. I then seared it after 15 minutes. It was delicious.
I then sauteed the onions in the drippings and added them to the top of my roast. I had a frozen bag of southwestern veggies (black beans, corn, and green peppers) that I warmed and had alongside.
I thought I took a picture, but I guess I didn't. I'm totally bummed though, because it looked NICE!
I think I ate too many onions though because I felt sick a little later. I almost ate the whole thing of onions. Not. A Good. Idea.

Y'all I just banged the hell out of my iphone on my desk about 20 times until I realized I was banging my iphone on a metal desk, surprisingly it didn't break because my phone is lifeproofed, but that doens't matter because it still can break says anyone who has no experienced anything I have experienced.

Everybody is sick and I'm not leaving the house again until this is all over. And I'm going to wrap the house in plastic.
My neighbor is super sick, her mom is very ill, and yesterday my physical therapist was sniffling and had a cough drop in his mouth.  I wanted to bathe in sanitizer or something when I was done.

Baby has to have an ultrasound on Friday. I really think he's fine (great, even), but the doctor still scared the living hell out of me. Again. I hate doctors with a fiery passion.

SRSLY I've had this shirt and cardi for about 20 mins and it's already covered in cat fur.
It's not even in their reach! THEY WEREN'T EVEN IN THE ROOM.
