Tomorrow I am having lunch with my best friend from the third grade on. I'm so excited! My very own w_s!!!!

She is vegan, I think (its been a long time since I've seen her. She was vegan at one time but somehow I keep thinking she may just be a vegetarian), so I need to think of somewhere for us to eat. The ideas I had all include meat or at least cheese.

And then of course the vintage clothing store!

Even if my home life sucks, I will not allow my real life to suck too.

Davin keeps cracking me up now that he talks more. The other night, my husband was in the garage. Davin started pounding on the door and yelling, "Daddy, open this door right now!" Then last night, I was putting him to bed and he didn't want to lie down.

Me: Davin, lie down now.

Davin: Why?

Me: Because it's bedtime.

Davin: Awwwwww, no! (then he covered his face with his hands...LOL)

Sounds like a much needed day, Minxy!!! Have so much fun

Can't help is she is vegan, but as a vegetarian I hate people going out of there way to find something for me to eat. I rather you take me to a place you love, and I'll always find something good !

RCC, I thought of that, but she does some things that don't make me shriek in horror. And it's just the very act of liking it that makes me twitchy.
It's probably what I'll do, though.

Lol.

You cold hide it and just look at it once a week or so. That way you could say something nice about a post that you do like.

I saw that before reading this thread and something about it struck me as an off thing for Saria to do.

Good grief. Do you people not know any passive aggressive behavior?

Like it. Then in few weeks if it still pains your soul, unlike it. If she calls you out... "Really? FB has been acting up for me." If you must say more, "I can't always tell what is going at fb from my phone." (I don't really know if you mostly use your phone, but if she doesn't know your feelings on canned "whipped cream", margarine, instant pudding, and OMG the horrors of cake mix, she probably won't know, either.)

And that my friends, is passive aggressive behavior. Your welcome.

For goodness sakes, it is not like you have to answer the damn phone.

So of course, after being told E's head is "too big" and he "should be screened for hydrocephalus" (the reason for the ultrasound), I've read about premature babies' growth rates, specifically cranial circumference. It's apparently a BAD thing if their heads don't grow faster than a full-term baby's. It can signal developmental delays, as well as a myriad of congenital abnormalities. This is just so contradictory to what his pediatrician implied.

At a previous visit, she had said, "Well I'm not considering him pre-term anymore. He's growing so well!" ... BUT HE WAS PRE-TERM. YOU CAN'T JUST UNDO THAT. Infuriating. What's more, I don't even know where I'd take him if I were to switch. This is supposed to be one of the best practices in the area.

Every text with my BFF is filled with exclamation points.

I'm very happy about tomorrow. Now I just need to figure out how to afford lunch...
