Oh good grief. Make the damn pie. Then tell us where you will be with the slices. The first 5 people get one. Problem solved.

It takes me two months to reply to a text because it takes me that long to actually compose a response.

I've decided that I'll never get down to my original weight, and I'm OK with that--After all, 8 pounds 2 oz. is just not realistic.

Why oh why did you have to make pie and cream and a future project of which i know nothing about sound so enticing? I am drooling instead of sleeping.
Cookies.

They were all "Let's go do lame touristy things in our city! Like Segway tours!" WHAT? I TOTALLY HAD THAT IDEA MONTHS AGO!

I think I need to go to sleep.

You are the funnest and you need to cut these people out of your life for their poor taste and judgment as shown by not including you. Bad taste could be contagious for all you know.
Omg hadn't considered it might be contagious.

I wouldn't really want to hang out with the four of them anyway because my sister's man friend is an engineer. I fear that's a contagious condition as well. (No offense meant to any curly engineers. I just know too many douchey ones...)

Your continued disdain of local engineers cracks me up.
Well, they'll just have to be deprived of your glorious presence.
Why does no-one make dresses that are somewhere between knee length and ankle length? I don't care what the fashions are, I know I have terrible legs and want them covered (without tripping up) thank-you. I have been to umpteen shops today, found a whole two dresses that were a reasonable length - one made me look pregnant and the other I bought in desperation - never a good idea. I was looking at the returns policy on the receipt at the first set of lights I stopped at after leaving the shopping centre.

Boo. Why oh why did I not have dreams of pie and cream?
I need to get my ass to this butt-crack of dawn meeting so that I can come home and go back to sleep.
I ain't thirsty. There's plenty of fish in the sea, but I don't want all of them, can I have some standards? Or do we just have to settle, for someone's who meh and will do.

i happened upon some french tourist and they said that i was french in a pass life. they explained why, but i had a time trying to understand their accents. i just know i felt all warm and fuzzy. now i know why they said it. we have chocolate and coffee or hot cocoa everyday at work. i also eat a lot of cheese and drink alot of wine. i also have a mild affinity towards french bakeries.
I swear this bowl of Lindt balls is procreating, which I'm totally ok with.

And aren't dishwashers just the most awesome invention? I appreciate and love mine every day.

I awoke to the sound of thunder this morning. I was all grumbly about another wet day, so imagine my surprise when I looked outside and saw snow! It won't stick around long, since it's supposed to warm up to the low 40s this afternoon, but it was so pretty. Danae was so mad that she didn't get to stay home from school. It seriously was only about 3/4 of an inch deep, but usually, the first hint of a snowflake gets the schools cancelled around here...LOL Davin and our doggy were out stomping around in it having a grand old time. It was a fun way to start the day.
