I just made the mistake of reading the comments on the People.com article about Elton John welcoming his second child.
The ignorance and the bigotry that is still around in our country is astounding. I'm sure there are respectful ways of saying you disagree with a gay couple raising a child if that's what you feel, but some of these people commenting are just disgusting.
As the close friend to many gay couples, several of which are raising very loved, happy and wanted children...I am just very saddened!

I'm super sad. I keep googling stuff because of my legs and I'm scared i have a stress fracture. I would know right?? It would be very painful right?? But my leg pains won't go away. Sometimes they go away but then they come back and it hurts. And now I want to cry. I haven't done anything in a week and a half now because of it and it still hurts. I STRETCH AND ICE WHAT THE EFF DO YOU WANT FROM ME. To not walk? get a motorized wheelchair??? I don't understand. I'm so frustrated. I'm about to just throw this computer out the window because I can't even anymore.
I'm telling you, I can't never have anything ANYTHING because somebody or something *Cough* my body*cough* has to go and ruin my life.
I hate everything.

What happens when one person stinks up a train car. And that was only two stops into the route. I got in the stunk up car because I just barely caught the train, and I swear I barely managed to not vomit from the stench as I made my way to the next car. I decided to run out of the other car over to the next one because the crowding is going to get unbearable by the time I get to my stop.

I want really heavy snow on Thursday and Friday. Then I can go home early on Thursday and claim snowed in on Friday. One perk of living further from work than anyone else.

i really want some gator. its like the only animal besides duck i crave. i could live off of gator and duck. gator and duck. a gatorduck. science can do that. i can do that. make a gator duck. not sure what it is yet, but it should be delish!!
i'm going to eat cookies and drink airbourne for breakfast. i just dont care today.

I don't even find snow pretty in pictures anymore. Snow=Shoveling. That's it.

I still need to build that ark.
The ground underneath peoples homes has washing away, roads are closed, water is almost at the top of several bridges, and now power is going out.
I helped a friend stack sandbags for an hour yesterday.

No such thing exists for me. 2 feet of snow, 3 feet of snow... I've still got to go. Hehe.
Actually, I have been a little mad at my county of late. They are slowly doing away with snow days for other employees. Which means more wrecks for us to deal with.
