Thank you B-wavy and CS! I really appreciate the well wishes. Lard, give me strength!

CS, I had a vanilla spice latte when I went to Target the other day and really liked it. I hate that there is a SB in Target.

The cardamom taste was different but good. It's no pumpkin spice though!

I've decided that I'll never get down to my original weight, and I'm OK with that--After all, 8 pounds 2 oz. is just not realistic.

Ooh I forgot about the caramel brle one. Good thing too! Starbucks is a luxury for me. I rarely get coffee from there unless I can.

Our store had to get rid of those cup-holders, because people kept taking them! So annoying. I happened to see my manager writing a note to herself about them, though, so maybe we're getting them again!

I tried a sample of the Vanilla Spice, and I'm not a huge fan. It tasted way too bitter to me... Like, far moreso than even a plain latte. Other people seem to like it, though! I think the sample I tried had been sitting out for a little while, though. That could've been the problem!

Thank goodness they don't have built in cup holders! Our grocery store has carts with built in's and the nicer store in a neighboring town has Peet's coffee in it, but I never think to try anything. I'll have to do that next time.

I went to Target last week and there was ONE cup holder in the basket and I made a beeline for it like that thing was on fire.

I tried a caramel macchiatto the other day and wasn't crazy about it. Now that my seasonal favorites are gone I don't know what to get that I love as much. Sad times, eh? lol

I managed to survive work the day after being chewed out. Still on the **** list with the new director though. I barely said two words to her all day .

The other day I walked into work, and noticed that there was a new drink button on our computer system. It said "caramel flan latte" I was like "OMG, THAT SOUNDS SO GOOD! I CAN'T WAIT TO GET THE INGREDIENTS!" Only for my manager to tell me that the button isn't supposed to show up on our computer system, because that drink isn't available in our region. Apparently it's only for the Sunbelt region. I don't know what Starbucks considers that region to be exactly, but maybe that's you! If it is, I'm crazy jealous.

SCG, if we get that here I'll DIE. It sounds fabulous! So I googled Sunbelt region and I'm in an area that may be right on the edge of it. I'll have to keep an eye on things around here!

I really enjoyed that Hershey Bar.

Y'ALL, I'M GOING TO CUT SOMEONE!

My mom and I legit spent about 5+ hours last weekend looking for a vacation rental house that would be near the one that the rest of our family is staying in. We finally found two options that would work... Today I get an email saying that they chose a different house (and it looks like they've already started the rental process), which is like, really far away from the other house that they were originally planning to rent and subsequently the houses we picked out. OMG.

Back to the drawing board. *eye twitch*

Why do people love the Cheesecake Factory so much? The food is overpriced, overportioned, and honestly kind of gross. No menu should have that many items on it, because there is a certain percentage that is nearly guaranteed to be terrible.

Also - I don't know why people enjoy going somewhere where you can't hear the person sitting three feet from you, because the ceilings are 50 feet high and they pack people in like sardines.
