I am so hungry right now. Oy.

If you are running 9 miles regularly, then definitely keep snacks around! I am training for a triathlon and my appetite is out of control. I try not to worry about it too much, eat when I'm hungry, and just make sure my food is healthy. I don't know about you, but I just cannot work out this much AND be super strict about how much I eat as well!

I vote yes for snacks. If I don't have small snacks throughout the day I'll eat WAY too much at dinner because I'm so hungry my brain can't catch up with how much I'm shoveling into my face to tell me I'm full.

SNACKS! SNACKS! SNACKS!!

(but then again, I'm a snacker not an eater. It takes me 3 hours to finish my lunch when I'm at work)

springy, I'm actually quite fusspotish when it comes to purses. I needed plain black and dark purple and these met all my criteria - color, size (I'm very particular about size. just call me Goldilocks), zipper across the top, and price ($12.99).

I vote snacks too. You're more likely to make poor eating choices when you're starving.

Well, I may not be able to decide on a purse but I got jeans for $28!

They better fit right.

Dear Diary,

so today in my lab with my sexy man, I was going to pull a Cady Heron and ask if anyone at my table wanted to form a study group....but I chickened out, plus it's too early and the material isn't difficult yet. BUT, we were trying to plug something in at the same time and our hands brushed....or to put it realistically smashed into each other and we looked up at each other (in slow motion)

and both giggled (well whatever men do, men giggle but not like HEHEHEH like me, I don't think anyone giggles like me because I giggle like a mad person), it was just like in a movie! Omg. I'm so in lust.

then my testicle rm, proceeded to say FEMALE 12x in a row. "females always" ....I said "I'm not listening".

I agree with springy. Small intakes of calories throughout the day leaves me feeling much better than just meals does. And I'm not a runner, so you can easily increase your intake without worry.

ok, CIBC, I am going to say this out of love. I know you are discouraged in
the job dept (but keep plugging away, you will get the one you want);
but for the love of Mike, would you please jump in with all fours in the
