Say It. I Dare You.

I'm watching a programme about authentic Thai food. I think I'll have to re-evaluate my stance on pasta/noodles and eggs. Zomg. Drool.
Fat does not make you fat. It's actually pretty important.
I will not look at the cake thread so as to spare myself everyone's wrong cake opinions. Oop.

Fried ribs update:

So my brother did indeed serve fried ribs. They were actually breaded and fried (not Asian styled fried as was a possibility). They were good. Tasted like fried pork chops. i would how great they would have been if he smoked or grilled them first. Yum

Grrrraaaaaarrrrrrr and sobsobsob!

I have to stop watching the Clydesdale colt Bud commercial.

Do you think they'd accept "Adorable little baby horse kissy face oh I love you" as a name submission?

Dogs and nature abhor a vacuum.

And now CL made me think of soy-marinated eggs in ramen and I think back dreamily of my bowl at Jin Ramen. Oh how I love noodles! When I go home later this week I fully intend to finally make it to Uncle Zhou for hand-pulled and knife-peeled noodles. They used to have some with tomatoes and eggs in a light broth that would be perfect but probably not available this time of year.

I haven't had good pad thai in forever. I need to fix that. I had awful pad thai a couple of weeks ago and I want to erase that memory.
Eres o te haces?
Saria I came up with a great business proposition for you.

We'll call it. Aum World Wide. (aum is for anti ugly men but that's beside the point)

So what we'll do is you will cook food, and we will DELIVER it TO PEOPLE WORLD WIDE, who order it.

Just like that meat website that ladywoman leaves on her door. But even better, it can be like nutrisystem, where you order for a month or two weeks, and the person gets all the food they need, breakfast lunch dinner and snacks, so no grocery shopping!

I hate indecision and am so irritated at myself right now for being completely incapable of just doing instead of thinking.

My former roommate complained that he went to what is probably the most well-known Thai restaurant in Queens and it sucked because he ordered Pad Thai. Problem is that is not the place for that dish. They don't do it well, but they do other things wonderfully. So it's a hard dish to find good versions of, probably in part because it's basically street food.
so....my hair looks like, I shared a cell with charles manson again but this time he got some acid, meth, and bath salts and did them and I asked him to braid my hair.

OMG I HAVE SO MUCH DANDRUFF/WHITE STUFF FROM HAIR SPRAY IN MY HAIR because I haven't bothered to shower. Who takes showers if you didn't actually sweat?

Exercising is the only thing that makes me shower.

UGH. My braid actually looks pretty bada55, too bad it must be undone and my hair must be fixed to hide the white particles so my boo doesn't think I have lice...or extreme dandruff.

or worse...he finds out I don't take showers like a normal person.

So this weekend was good for making sure its over. We spend minimal time around each other. She is doing all she can to get out. I'm doing all I can to not kill her.

I attempted to make biscuits from a recipe that Saria posted a long time ago. Meh. There was no real rise that I could see. It took like 6 minutes longer to cook. I didn't make them round though because I don't have anything round to cut them with, but the directions said I could make 8 wedges. So I did. I wasn't particularly impressed with my results. I'm pretty sure it was user error and not the recipe. I have seriously NEVER made bread or anything even close to it.

I still have 4 pieces left to eat. One I brought for a snack today, and the rest I will have to figure out how to get down before it gets too far along and they go bad.

Mix of 3s, thick, coarse, medium porosity

Current hair styling technique: rake with a scrunch at the end. (works with my coarse hair)

OMG sooo I litterally have the worst case of dandruff I've ever seen right now...AT THE WORST POSSIBLE TIME. NOW I DON'T EVEN HAVE TIME TO SHOWER HAHAAHAAHHHAAHAH MY LIFE TWERKS IN MYSTERIOUS WAYS.

MUST FIND HAT.
