OMG, this thing reminds me of some NC'ers so much:

Dying at this:
Making fun of kink-shaming and the people who prioritize kinks over the huge social issues behind and caused by them as well as compare kinks to being part of an oppressed group will just never get old. Kink-shaming 4 lyfe!

ModCloth is having a Plus Fit Fête right by work. Its in two dats and I was able to trade shifts to get off. I'm so stoked. I guess they're trying to expand their plus line (which is way smaller than the standard one) and are having a shindig to have people check out samples and get feedback. It's so awesome when lines expand their size range. I also admit that it's nice to have a plus clothing only gathering so we're not just someone's afterthought.
Also, I find it funny that when they ship, my package goes from Pgh to Columbus and back to Pgh. I'm local! Use local mail!

Cool, Kenji is doing the Vegan Experience again this year. I so enjoy his vegan food because he really gets not looking at it as making food without meat, or making good vegan/vegetarian food, but as it should be, making great food that happens to be vegan. Most popular vegan cooks/sites do too much replacement/substitution cooking, doing faux subpar versions of food they can't have instead of really interesting food with flavor and textural contrast.

Saris you be the grand wizard of truth.
Umm
I now have a fever of 102 I got it down earlier to 98 before I went to bed but its back up. I'm under literally 4 blankets and am wearing a jacket and sweat pants as pajamas and I'm shivering. I only have expired codine and ibuprofen.
I also have two tests, I swear my life is a joke. This can't be happening to other people. I think the rule of the land is every action has an opposite and only opposite reaction and that opposite reaction is horrible. I try to be optimistic but how in a world of lame and ugly?!
I wish I could skip my test tomorrow but my teacher only allows it 48 hours in advance, sorry dude. Ugh
My wet towel on I'm forehead is...dry after 10 minutes. Ya gotta be kidding me.
I never get sick!!! I should of known I was sick when I noticed my feet stink. I never wash my feet only casually in the shower when water sprays on them and my feet have never smelled
OMG I'm dying!!!! :,( :,,,(

I've been at work 2.5 hours and I already have a headache. 3 weeks and I'm off work for a week. Can. Not. Wait.
Also, is punching people in the throat an acceptable way to deal with stress?

It has snowed 1-2 inches a night for 4 nights straight now.
This ish is getting old.
At least people were driving relatively reasonably on the highway this morning. Still took me an hour instead of a half hour to drive to work though.
Also - 20 miles on a treadmill is a great way to get a repetitive use injury. I'm SO much more sore than when I run on the road since I don't vary my gait at all with the treadmill surface so I repeat the same exact motion over and over again.

Yup! We're all recovered. That flu was nasty, though. It took my husband and I about 2 weeks to get over it; the kids bounced back much faster.
Otherwise, I've been busy working! I got bumped to full-time at work and so I've been training for some new duties. I really like it; I mostly get to work at home, but if I need to, I can bring Davin into the office with me. It's a pretty ideal scenario for me. I got a raise, too! w00t!
