That is the best picture, ever.
Aww. You'll have to pull that out years down the road
Hope he is feeling okay, all things considered.

I like to *hoard* [DYAC! i don't nomadic tribe my pictures] all of my cute, funny (immediately or eventually) or embarrassing childhood pictures of my nephews and post them on their Facebook wall, years later.
17 years old... A picture of you in your superman shorts doing the cabbage patch at 4. Happy Birthday!!
21 years old... A picture of 2 year old you wearing lipstick and your moms heels.
Merry Christmas!!
It's keeps me amused.

Now, see, that part right there? That is so me.
Here's hoping the parking gods have smiled upon you and your haircut turns out so beautifully, it will make Mr Spring swoon and Calvin will howl like a wolfdog.

Well I spent some time in Phoenix took a nice scenic drive to the hover dam and I'm finally in Vegas. All the flights were cancelled or delayed at the Toronto airport and we spent the day travelling which wasn't fun. They put our bags on a flight that went to Vegas while we had to reroute to Phoenix first and we still don't have them two days later...so I had to make an emergency stop at Walmart and target...and sephora and ill probably have to buy new clothes today. After waiting almost all day to get on a flight it was on the runway for two extra hours because some woman decided to pick a fight with the flight attendant. We were awake for more than 24 hours.
Ps. All my hair products are also in my suit case and I'm on third day hair and it isn't going well. I need to co wash sooo badly but I don't have my combs...so I'm going to have to get one or walk around with hair that looks a mess.
On the bright side driving through Arizona was beautiful and even though we don't have our suit cases we are trying to make the most of it. Went to serendipity for their frozen hot chocolate and dinner last night and it definitely helped put me in a better mood. I'm sooo tired of the airline and their baggage centre is in India...they have no idea what's going on with our bags in India and there is no other number to call. Then they sent the bags over to Phoenix after we drove to Vegas to get them because someone didn't read the file correctly. This is incompetence beyond stupidity.
 yum

EC, I wanted to like your post, but I thought it would be confused. I'm sorry that you have to deal with all of that.
I'm very happy that you are making the most of it and that your whole trip hasn't been ruined.
Continue having a great time!
That chocolate thing looks yummy.

From the neck down I look like hotness personified. Wearing legging jeans, my new badass black rain boots, and my badass Nau jacket that fits oh so well. From the neck up I'm a disaster. My skin is tragic and I want to fire it. *sob*

Omg, rude. When the waiter boxed up my leftovers for me last night, he didn't include THE RICE!
Excuse me, sir. I LOVE RICE. Why are you depriving me of one of my few joys?

Rice + Asian noodles + savory fillings wrapped in dough + me = OTP. Basically I love carbs.
I ate a dozen pork and green bean dumplings and a dozen spinach dumplings last night. It was a good decision.
Going for a dozen pork, leek, and shrimp and a dozen vegetable today.

I have no idea what the first picture is, but I want one.
I also want to do the same as the second picture.
I want to do the third picture.

The 3rd pic is very doable. Haha
The first is a fry bread taco. You can do regular taco fixings, pulled meat, chili, beans, etc and also do sweet fry bread.
So good.

I often feel the same way, Saria. I felt so at home in Cambodia, in a lot of ways. I found myself craving a nice crunchy salad exactly one time... But mostly I was like "I NEED MOAR NOODLES!"
It should tell you something that the only Khmer phrase I remember is the one for "More rice, please!"

Have I mentioned lately how much I love George Michael Bluth?
I just LOVE HIM! I get so much happiness out of my signature gif. And the one Saria posted. I keep wondering if I should change it to that one.

So practical of you to remember something so important!
I love nice crunchy vegetables too, but there's just no comparison to the speed at which I can shovel rice and noodles into my gaping maw, and my stomach capacity for rice in particular is seemingly endless. I can't go too long without wanting to EAT ALL THE RICE AND NOODLES! Like people who say they feel ill or bloated if they overload on carbs, yeah, that's not me.
