SS was so mad and brooding today but also sex. I mean sexy. He walked in like a sexy and not lame Edward Cullen. I made a 100 on a lecture quiz. I can only hope he did the same while also maintaining sex appeal

Testers.
The crumb of the croissant is not the ideal honeycomb structure, which I suspected because on my first fold I took slightly too long rolling and my dough got a little warm. I should have chilled it, but I was so close to rolling it to the necessary proportions that I pressed on.
Still, they're not too far off and in terms of flavor and texture they're still ****ing incredible.

But pink EYE? Not fun.
It sounds fun because pink is a happy color, but they really need to revise the layman's term for conjunctivitis.

Did this just float through the air and land on me or what? I must have picked it up while we were in that sketchy area of San Francisco Sunday. I told y'all I'm not a city girl!! I can't handle the germs.
I've had it one other time about 10 years ago when we lived in SC and all I remember are warm compresses and knowing that I'd wake up with my eye glued shut for a while. Booo.
Is this an excuse not to work out???  I can't possibly put my eye through the stress of the treadmill, right?

All I can think of is when RCC had that issue going on with her eye (I can't remember the name) that is WAY worse than this and I'm in full on weenie-whiney mode and I'm only on day one.
