springy, there used to be an ocular neosporin that worked on pink eye. Maybe it's still out there?

There are days when my talkative boss is even more talky than usual. And really, I'm much too busy reading my Martha Stewart magazine and catching up on NC and Facebook to pay him any attention whatsoever. But I think I've said -- mm hmm, uh huh, really?, for sure, I see -- at least 92 times this afternoon.

I know how you feel!! I got it from my neice and nephew last year. along with a respiratory infection! GAH!! it was so gross. i starting to cry (dont ask why!) and the gross stuff starting oozing down my face!! eewww! is that TMI??

So apparently I read the schedule wrong and I'm supposed to be working today. Uh, I wouldn't have come to NYC if I had thought I was only off two days. Why didn't you bring that up at all when I mentioned it? But yes, it's still my fault. I just wish you weren't pissy with me about it. Like I'm really sorry, but it was an honest mistake and seeing as how I don't have a teleportation device, there is nothing I can do about it.
I'm trying to not feel awful about it, but I do.

THat's why I don't f*** with Pandora anymore.
Spotify my new ride or die, except my premium ran out and I don't f*** with radio ads, so now I listen to the same marina and the diamonds cd over and over. 
I just want to say that as soon as I read RCC and Jeepy Posts about Jc Penney I immediately started singing in my head "I put on for my penney, on on for my penney, I put on for my penney on on for my penney...I put onnnnnn I put onnnnnnnnn I feel like Its only penneys that will get my checks; I feel like It's only penney that will get my checks..."

I finally saw Argo. I like it.
Had lunch with the BF before he went to work. Now I'm more hungry because Panera has tiny portions. I need some meat.
Oh, Yankee Candle, I can't stay away.
Now it's me and the kitties and a hard, cold rain. Not an outdoors kind of day off.

Yes, it's gross, but I thank you for sharing because at least if this happens to me I won't freak out. I seriously got nauseated this morning when I first looked in the mirror because I got SCARED. Not because I looked horrid (and trust, I did) and like someone had punched me, but because I was freaking out and my stomach is the first thing to react to me freaking out.  I had to sit down and calm myself because up-chucking would NOT have been fun.
The warm compress is my new best friend. And washing my hands obsessively so I don't transfer it to the other eye, if that can even happen.

springy, if you haven't already, look up conjunctivitis on mayoclinic.com. It can be bacterial or viral, it can also be caused by allergies or by getting something (foreign object or a splash of something irritating) in your eye.

Sadly, yes, it can!
I used to get pink eye like, twice a month when I was a kid. Hahahaha. My mom loved me so much for that. 
I still get a little panicky when I wake up and feel lots of crusties in my eyes!
