Oh my, yes, that CPAP machine is like a miracle sent from heaven. He went from tossing and turning and snoring all night long to sleeping quietly and peacefully beginning with the very first night he had the machine! He used to get so tired during the day and would take at least one nap on the days he was at home, and now he doesn't get tired at all since he's getting good rest at night. If you know anyone who may have sleep apnea, tell them to get tested and get the machine! Thanks for asking

That is wonderful! I bet YOU are getting a much more peaceful restful night, too.

It's ironic, but before the CPAP machine, I'd wake up every time he'd stop snoring so that I could jostle the bed and get him started breathing again. Now that he's so quiet, I'm still waking up because he's so quiet! I'm sure I'll sleep again....someday. lol

I've decided that I'll never get down to my original weight, and I'm OK with that--After all, 8 pounds 2 oz. is just not realistic.

I have ringing in my ears that is really, really bad and sometimes I use a noise app on my phone, comes in handy some nights when I can't stop concentrating on how loud the noise in my ears is!

Oh, this is nice.....I'm looking at the "white noise" apps, and as I scroll down the list, there's one called FartDroid Fart Machine. Really? Really?

That is fantastic. I like the not so obvious get well cards.

I am glad your husbands sleeping better, B-Wavy. Hopefully you will sleep better soon.

Those do work wonders. My mom had an annoying cough for months. She would wake up coughing in her sleep. The doc checked her and then sent her for a sleep study. She was given a machine and no longer coughs, unless she does not use it.

My birthday is on Monday, so I'mma go ahead and make it a birthday week for myself, as well! It happens to coincide with Spring Break, so... HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!

------------

Today in class, my professor said something funny, and we all laughed... But it's a small class. And unfortunately, I unknowingly used my witch cackle. Omg. It was so loud. I didn't mean to! It just happened!

Again, good thing all the guys in that class are uglies.

There is a premium one for $2.99, but the free one is good to try out to see if you like it. And don't be a dolt like me and not realize you can swipe to get to more sound choices.

I like that you can combine different sounds and adjust the level of each individual sound. I have a combo of rain sounds that I use and I love it.

I have a pretty bad cackle, I've learned to accept it. Others probably never will.

So, on Birthday Week how should one go about celebrating? Do you do it at the start of the week that your birthday falls on no matter the day? Do you start on your birthday day then celebrate for 7 full days?

Why yes I have some free time and am bored right now, why do you ask?

I suppose it would depend on when your birthday falls in the week... If it's on like a Tuesday or Wednesday, you might just need to continue celebrating into the next week, as well!

My cackle sounds more like a hyena being eaten by a lion. It has made a few kids cry and dogs run away.

My birthday week varies depending on everyone's schedule. It usually includes dinner with the oddparents, dinner with the boyfriend, dinner with sisters, lunch with boss, night out with sisters and cousins, etc. Yes it mostly involved food and booze. : )
