I hate the overuse of cheese in foods, but good quality cheese by itself or used judiciously is delicious!
i just dont get how someone can say they dont like cheese. i get not liking processed cheese, or that gross stuff from a can. but no cheese? i wanted to ask him if he has had every cheese in the world? i love cheese, but i have meant some funky stuff i wouldnt never touch again. but a good smoked gouda? real italian buffalo mozzerela? a good provolone? how could anyone not love them? oh the horror!!

Yeah, I also don't like gratuitous meat in salad. I get so annoyed when cooks throw bacon into any random salad because they've bought into "bacon makes it better". One, now certain people who don't eat meat or pork can't even eat the salad ffs, and two, now I don't want any because I don't want bacon in my salad.
I like both those things in a salad if they make sense and really contribute something. Like shaved pecorino with bitter greens, lemon, and chilli. Or salade lyonnaise with lardons, but I hate then thrown in just because.
And very few desserts benefit from having bacon in them, thank you. Desserts are rich and caloric enough without it, and then there are times where biting into bacon in a dessert is just downright unpleasant, partly because the bacon is cold.

Dairy is sublime.

I can not wake up today, no matter how hard I try. I am ready to call it a day and crawl back in bed.

Dairy is a wannabe compared to sinister white rice and the Big Bad: white flour. Pfff, amateur!

Oooh. Is white flour okay to eat, too? You are corrupting me, Saria. I am picking up our giant bag of white rice on Thursday. Maybe I will add flour to the order, too.

ETA: Of course wheat is evil, too.

Like obviously to want to go Scandinavian and make Karelian rice pies. Rice, cooked in dairy, in a crust. I mean, there's some rye flour in there, but plenty of white flour, too! Serve with traditional egg butter for bonus points!

Or you could make Italian Easter rice pie. Rice, evil cheese, more dairy (some do heavy cream as well as milk), all in a white flour crust. Bonus points because this pie contains evil sugar.

I don't understand why they label things as bad.

White rice is bad but when I went paleo (for like 3 days) I could only eat white rice and not any other kind of rice. BUT ISN'T IT BAD???

Or paleo is bad and carbs are the source of all goodness. Carbs/pizza = Glenda Good witch

Vegetables/notpizza = wicked witch of the west. (that's why she's green!)

I just will run in the evening or on a treadmill that hopefully works.

So now I will eat everything I can until 2:30pm. That's my cut off limit.

I just took one bite of this jalapeno cheese dip and I have heartburn. Welp there goes the hunger games...HAHAHAHAHA GET IT.

It looks good for me avoiding the pokey......this time. I dropped a word to a contact who works with the rescue source which might have charged me.

Yay! It's good not to be a prisoner.

Omg there is a Shake Shack opening here soon. Of course, given the ridiculous lines here for everything, I'd be better off just going to NY ones anyway.

My aunts and cousins just gave me the biggest compliment you can get in a black family when it comes to cooking. They praised my mac and cheese.

There were some other things they praised, but mac and cheese is always the ultimate test.

Yippeee!!!!

(don't tell them that my brother added an extra stick of butter because he didn't see me add a stick and a half). It was enough to fill two pans, but still, that's a lot of butter.

I love QVC. I switched over because although I really wanted to watch the news, I was tired of seeing the coverage of the grown men in red robes singing and not everything else going on in the world.

Today's Special Value is self tanner and the host just said "If you can't tone it, tan it" so theoretically I could order this stuff and not have to get on the treadmill again? Am I right or am I right?
