Netflix
I only have Netflix Instant, so take this with a grain of salt if you have "regular" Netflix, but I believe the only way to see new movies is to click on "New Arrivals". But even then, they often seem to be older movies that have just been added, rather than actual new releases. I might have to look around a little more, though.

ETA: Wait! I just found a sort option called "year released." This might be what you're looking for? It's listing them in descending order.

Mmm for streaming, the newest movies/shows are usually under the "Recently Added" category. But they get movies kind of late IMO.

Gah. Now that I have started washing my injured foot, it has started just sloughing off all of the skin on the sole of my foot and between my toes. Now that whole area is itchy and raw.

I think I am going to go nuts before I get out of this boot.

'Divergent': Theo James cast as Four | Inside Movies | EW.com

I can't remember how Four was described in the books, but at least the actor isn't ugly! Which is still an improvement over the Hunger Games movies...

He might be a little too "pretty" though. I dunno. I'll need to see him in character.

omg I'm so mad right now. My dad just hands me the phone to some lady at a school (No idea what School this is) to talk about their medical program the lady has an attitude BECAUSE I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IS HAPPENING. She's like it's on our website, and I'm trying to hint at what the heck website it is, because I have no idea, yet she just keeps saying "it's on THE website" OMG CAN'T YOU JUST SAY THE DAMN NAME OF THE SCHOOL.

Omg.....when I said "hello" she said "yes"....

I said "this is murrr" and she said "yes" and then I was like "...I'm interested in your program" and she's like "I KNOW"

WTF. TELL ME ABOUT YOU FOOL.

I feel humiliated through the phone.

What the feck is it with my gym and endless ab work? Combine your workouts so you can stop doing that.

Also, you've done a 15 mins gentle walk and now you have to spend 10 mins stretching? Da f*q is that about? Do you stretch after you've walked around the supermarket? Unlikely.

When I was marathon training, and was short on gym visits (if I go 12x a month I get a rebate from my insurance company), I would actually go to the gym just for the purpose of using the foam roller and stretching. I could pretty much always use a good stretch when I'm running that much.

And I'd do like, 10 easy minutes on the elliptical beforehand, to warm my muscles up so I wasn't stretching cold muscles.

So maybe that's what they're doing?

Probably they're just weird, though

I didn't even hear about Maggie Q! I have high hopes for this movie, I think! I do wish they had picked a different actress for Tris, though. But maybe I'm just equating that actress with Secret Life of an American Teenager, which I hated!

^ I was going to say, that could be me. I will walk to warm up, then stretch, because I always read you shouldn't stretch when you're not already warmed up.

I've since learned there are differing opinions on this, but all I know is I've managed to stay mostly muscle-injury free using this approach.

I always then workout, though. So if they're just walking and then stretching and that's it, then I got nothin'.

Nah, I watched them get on the treadmill walk slowing do some half arsed calf stretches and then leave. I very much doubt they were marathon training.

I'm also the worst person in the world when it comes to stretching. I rarely do it. That could be why I have so many back problems now. So it's also a bit of a reminder to the guilty that I need to do it.
