I got one on my leg over the weekend. It's winter now, where are the little sods coming from?

No, two of my friends are. I was hanging out with my friend (who i know from Grad School) and she was a member of the Cleveland Steamers. I've hung out with this crew before, i guess I just never realized that my friend and i were the only straight ones until someone pointed it out.

Are you really trying to convince me that a 85 mile death run is no big deal and that I should join you? um, it had DEATH in the title, LOL

Fair is Fair!!

Hair dryer, hair dryer, hair dryer, hair dryer. I have to remember it today. I have gone into a store to buy one on two separate occasions, in the past 3 days, and walked out with everything but.

I'm getting my butt kicked royally in WWF.

But on the upside, I'm still losing weight and the bra that used to give me 4 boobs now fits! Yay!!

Does Tyler Perry purposely choose actors who can't act? Is it the writing? Most of his stuff is so melodramatic and corny. Sometimes Oprah's loyalties are misplaced.

I never was a big fan of his. IMO, I think the fascination with him is partly due to the fact that there are so few black directors out there. Also, movies with predominantly black casts are few and far between so we tend to get excited over seeing people who look like us on the screen. Personally, just seeing people on a screen that look like me isn't enough. The writing and acting has to be compelling as well, not melodramatic or dumb.

I think he's low budget and he hires 'aspiring' actors who aren't really that good or trained. It's painful watching most of his stuff. But it has a large following so it's working.

^^^^^

I was thinking: why does she want to know how to lose at WWF? Im pretty sure that it isn't hard to lose.

Then the light turned on and I got what the question was.

Painful. That is the exact word for it. He's worked with some seasoned actors though and some who have been good in other performances. Kathy Bates and Alfre Woodard come to mind.

Just sticking to 1500 calories a day or less, but I take weekends off. And I walk to work.
