Say It. I Dare You.

Gap, I love you. I love the quality and styles of your clothes for myself and my kids. I love your sales. I simply love you. Why did I just see a $130 cashmere blanket for a dang baby? It's not even a big blanket, but a dang receiving blanket!!

I'm upset. I just found out another part time co worker of mine delivered a baby a couple of weeks ago. Why!?!?!? I've been waiting for 10 years to do this. It's my unicorn. I have the instructions memorized, and it's always part timers or brand new co workers that get the call.
When I hear terms like "hipster" I think, who told cliques they could leave high school??

Don't get me wrong. I'd much rather the mom make it to a hospital rather than give birth on the side of the road, with her panicked husband or family member playing doctor, but if and when it happens... I'm more than ready to handle that.

I am so mad today. My allergies are awful, I need a shot, and my doctors nurse will not let me walk in and get one (like I have for the past 3 years) with out a doc's visit. They can't work me in until next friday.

They sent me to an allergy specialist, and know how bad my tree/grass/plant allergies are, and that sometimes I reach a point where nothing but a shot helps. This is ridiculous and all in the name of making more money.

Never mind, I can but try.

we hit a lovely humid high temp of 30C/86F with a humidex of 39C/102F this afternoon.

guess which idiot mowed the lawn in that heat????

and the thunderstorm that just sort-of-rolled through here - it was stationary for about half an hour - was testament to it. multiple lightning strikes on the tall buildings downtown...

It's been one of those weekends. One of the worst periods I have had in years, incredibly painful cramps, my back feels like it's being sawed in half, a few days before I started breaking out in a rash and it's spreading AND top it all off I had a spider crawl across my chest and into my bra today, in the middle of a store.

I hope things go a little better tomorrow, or at least by the time I go back to work. I did do a little shopping yesterday, so that's something

At my parents for the weekend for my dads birthday. Lots of booze, everyone has gone home or to bed and now making my little brother watch Pitch Perfect
