I shouldn't have to deal with crazy first thing in the A.M.

This is what I get for being too nice and also a bit nosy: being nosy is what possessed me to respond to my crazy neighbor's uh communication bombing (?).

By communication bombing I mean first she tried to FaceTime me (who does that to their neighbors first thing in the AM?), then called & texted me, and finally just showed up at my door. All of that just because she's panicking trying to clean up the mess she's made out of anger at the other neighbor. Well I knew it wouldn't be long before she burned that bridge.

It's no coincidence IMO that her kitten got "very sick" from an "accidental" overdose on Benadryl at the same time. Said kitten came from the neighbor who she's mad at... She made a big mess and destroyed the mattress that this neighbor gave her and IMO also drugged the kitten up out of spite...

Should I call the humane society?

She said the kitten was foaming at the mouth yet she didn't even call a vet. This is the most obvious, but not the only form of abuse I've seen with this kitten. When I asked why she gave her medicine in the first place she said the kitten was having an "allergic reaction"; yet she couldn't give me any reasons why she would think that besides that the kitten was "scratching itself" 😡.

So she gave this what, 2 pound (?) kitten 25mgs of Benadryl. Umm thats's the dosage for for my 25 pound dog...

The truth IMO: she was so angry about the situation w/ the neighbor that she didn't want to be bothered with the kitten (which was a gift from said neighbor) so she tried to drug her up. She's always mad at this kitten (for stupid reasons like it "making a mess" with it's litter) so she either locks it in the bathroom or outside on the patio. She's also joked about giving it Benadryl to make it "shut up" before.

My mom said I should call, but what evidence is there for them to take the kitten?

Well the other forms of abuse are subtle... Like the locking her in the bathroom and outside. It's not like I've seen the kitten being beaten or actually being harmed until this.

I already know from experience the dosages of Benadryl for pets and I'll mention it to the humane society. I know Benadryl is typically not even reccomended as much for cats as for dogs (the vet reccomended my dogs take a small dosage for allergies). Like I said the 25 mgs she said she gave that tiny kitten is as much as is reccomended, max, for my 25 pound dog.

I also can't just go into her house and take the kitten! Trust, I've already gone through that in my head. I've rescued two dogs, and believe me I am really passionate about animals. I've never seen the kitten in obvious danger until today. I also didn't see it, this is just going off of what the girl told me (and she's a pathological liar). The girl said this morning that the kitten was sick last night, but that she is "all better now". That's fishy to me, I suspect that the kitten was possibly never sick...

ETA: The humane society is going over to check things out and "educate" her.

Happy Birthday Fifi!!!!!

----------------

I am so bored

----------------

I had a dream that dad was getting an award and I was trying to get a picture of him, my sis and my mom on stage. I was able to get my mom in the frame as she was walking off the stage and my camera fell into pieces. I lost them and wasn't able to get the camera back together again. Funny dream, until I think about all the dreams I have about my and even in my dreams I'm loosing her

----------------

I also had a dreamd that I was ghost, hunting people on the megabus until they confessed to crimes.

----------------

There was also a flood in my dress

----------------

I haven't had any carbs since that very yummy brownie I ate on Monday. Brownieeeeeeeee

----------------

I want to try to do the "40 hanger method" for my closet

----------------

I am confused about what direction to take with my business. I think I should just build stock so that I'm more prepared for the Christmas season. I can decide the rest in a week or two

----------------
Does anyone else here do direct sales?

----------------
I'm annoyed the the tower still isn't fixed and I can't get to Facebook at work. grrrr SPRINT!!

----------------

I'm bored. I wish I would have brought my camera to work so that I could work on my comic book

----------------

I need to commision someone to make the cover

----------------
i need to shoot the kidnap and fight scenes
I want an expensive perfume, but I also need to pay down that credit card bill.....again.

Thank you again, Juana. And thank you Scrills!

I'm all caught up on Breaking Bad now and have absolutely no idea what to do with myself.

Trailers, huts (good ol' government segregation), or dorms with no heat. It was still better than what many of these women were used to. Some at least had indoor plumbing and electricity.

Back in hospital with my nephew. Looks like he has a broken elbow. That will be his second surgery this year

^ Oh no Poor little guy. I hope he mends quickly.

My youngest nephew keeps breaking bones, and doctors keep recommending surgery, going in, and changing their minds. He grows rapidly though, and his bones have a hard time keeping up with him. Anywho, that's a pain, but thankfully the kiddo's rebound quickly!

New kitty has been named, Neville, bc he's sweet and quiet and we suspect he might be secretly a badass. He's not very expressionate, so we have to make up stories about him.

Since I last spoke of him, later that day we took down the gate. Sasha still hisses when when surprised or when they get close, but it's lessening. Yesterday she creeped up real close to smell him, but freaked out when their noses touched.

Neville wants to go outside bad. He spends most of his waking hours sitting at the door. Oddest thing, he was obviously indoors at one point, literbox trained, he doesn't scratch the furniture, but he doesn't seem to understand curtains. When he wants to watch his soaps, he sits patiently at the window until someone moves the curtain for him.

I've read more about the 40 hanger closet today than I needed to - and stumbled upon Project 333 which is very similar.

I can certainly rethink what I have in my closet, but not sure I could do either.

She is doing well, still working with her on her anxiety issues. She can now sit outside with us without quivering (she was terrified of the umbrella) here is a pic of her on the deck with us.

Poor baby! Umbrellas can be very scary! My Finlay.was terrified of everything when I first adopted him. People who meet him now don't believe he was ever like that, he's bold and super friendly.
