Thank u. Right now I'm dealing with my neighbor's dog who has been barking nonstop for over an hour. Their apartment is next to mine and these walls are thin. Did I mention it's a German shepherd? 😡oh and my final is in 6 hours and it's the only grade my entire class is based on.

Trying to find something in particular and keep getting bombarded by this

Is really annoying. I don't want to know about her veiled beanie and if I had a pair scissors...

My head still can't get over most toboggans being called beanies. Every time I hear it, I picture a propeller. Weeeeeee!

I need to find the old check stub from my great grandfathers days working at a paper plant. I can't remember exactly how much it was but it was crazy. Somewhere between so many cents and $1.00 for a week or two weeks worth of pay. I always wanted to frame it or put it in a scrap book. It's hidden away in a cedar chest now. The pay had increased to an "okay" level by the time their kids/young adults started there.

Most quit school to help feed the families. It's insane to think of where that amount of money would get you now.

Australia's weather confuses me. It almost sounds desert-like, but I know it's very green.

Btw, saw Wil Anderson at a comedy show last night. He was far more animated than I expected, based on his podcast. He's a cutie.
Our weather's all over the place. The vast majority of the country is desert-like but then there's large parts that are very tropical so very green. Thankfully South Australia has very dry heat, humidity really does a number on me.

I've never understood what dry heat feels like.

Is "the bush" part of the desert or the tropics? I'm guessing tropics?

Lol. Oh, I hate sneezing uncontrollably and having a honking Rudolph nose. That is so annoying, and pretty miserable. You need some soup, and hot tea!

I need a nap. No time for that. Have to finish cleaning and bake some cup cakes. I hope my friends car get fixed before 5pm so I don't have to go get him and take him back out at 9am. :-/ My internal clock has been too screwed up for that! Bed between 3 and 5 am and up at 9... Nothankitchew

(That said, the ding dong waited too long. He has a problem with the started, several bels,, the oil pan, etc... He bought my parents 1998 Maxima 6 years ago, and that thing will keep ticking, but you have to maintain it)

Just a burning heat I guess.

The bush is the desert parts. Though if you're 'going bush' you just going inland away from civilisation (for want of a better word). At least that's my interpretation, as blow-in!

I can not stop laughing. My friend woke me up, I'm stumbling around in the kitchen like a caffeine zombie, and he says

"I dreamed about Mitt Romney last night." We both look at each other in horror and I ask for details. He tells me Mitt was in a limo, and he was throwing beans at it. Of course the only logical question at that moment was, dried or cooked? Cooked. Haha. He had rubber maid containers full of cooked beans, and was hurling them at his car.

I can't get that image out of my mind.

Wouldn't it be great if Kimye signed up to be colonists on the Moon, or would they somehow ruin even that?
