He's my best friend from high school, I haven't seen him in over a year, and you are pissy because we got drunk and stayed up late and were making our friends that we aren't even that close to "uncomfortable".
WTF, you used to be fun. You fell in love with me because I was fun. Now it seems like I just embarrass you. The only friends of ours you like are the boring ones. We all used to be close. I look at pictures of parties from last year and you could just see all the love. What happened? You don't like anyone anymore.
You do a lot for me, but lately I don't want you to do anything for me because I'm starting to think there is a price. The only time we had any fun at all was in LA. Why? Why can't you be like that here? All you think about is your damn land, your damn car, and your damn job. You are cranky all the time and just want to play video games. You are mad that we don't do more things but I'm not the one that works on Saturday. I have no idea what you want from me anymore. I feel like you blame me for everything. I hope I get a raise in 3 months, I wish I made more money than you and then I could resent you for being the poor one and then you could see how it feels.
And of course if I bring any of this up to you, you get all weird and then you'll admit its true and say you are sorry and this is who you are and blah blah. Its just because of this and this. But thats just it, there is always going to be this and this. Something will always come up. Its hard to be close to you when you are like this, so I talk to my friends and you get all jealous. And fine, you should be jealous and maybe try to step and care about my world. Lately its like we are around each all the time when we aren't working and yet it feels like we are so far apart.
This is why I was scared to get married. I still love you, I think you an amazing person, but I don't think you are happy with me. I don't think you'd be happy with anyone. I don't know what to do.

Meh, I've never liked the Beatles save for a couple of songs. Fiona Apple's cover of Across the Universe is hauntingly beautiful and I didn't even know it was actually a Beatles song when I first heard it. I've listened to the original and it's not even close to Fiona's, but tell anyone that and you'd think you told them you wanna eat their firstborn.
