I love beets, hot/cold/roasted/pickled, whatever, I love them. On the other hand I could live without cucumbers.

Is it so wrong that I think going to Sonic for our 10th anniversary would be fun? Don't scrunch your nose at me just because we're happy being together no matter WHAT we're doing or where we are. And I want some damn onion rings.

Beets are wonderful.
I can go over to Steinway street and into Little Morocco and get myself a merguez baguette or I can buy a pound at the market either tomorrow or Saturday and grill at work. Oh, decisions decisions.
I really want to make Jamaican beef patties with a suet pastry. I think they would be pretty damn awesome. Hmmm, perhaps I should plan it and go for it.

Awww.. I actually think that's sweet! It's not about the place it's about the quality time and enjoyment you have together!

Does anyone have a good remedy for drooping eyelids? When I'm tired or stay out too late it looks so terrible...like someone punched me in the eye. I HATE IT. I don't want to have eyelid surgery (scary) but I'm scared it's just going to get worse as I get older. And I can feel it too. Le sigh.

I'm not looking forward to tomorrow. I hope I can keep it together enough for my friend's sake.

Thanks I never went to a funeral and I was tearing up just talking to her today. But I know I would want her there if it were me.

I ordered some more foundation from Meow that came this week. They sent a sample of their VIP Blush in Wench. I lurve it! It's a beautiful coppery rose color. Oh how I wish I had $100 to blow on makeup. (not saying the blush is $100, just that I would love to be able to spend that much, cause I love makeup)

My best costume ever was Magenta from the RHPS.
I had the cassette tape as a kid (my dad would play it and sing in the car when I had friends with us. Not cool for a pre-teen I tell you!) and I have EVERY song memorized. I saw a clip of Glee on the news last night and was singing along for ever after.
"toucha toucha toucha me! I wanna be diiiirrrrtttyyyyyy. Show me, thrill me, fulfill me.... creature of the night!"
see.... now you've done it. RHPS all night long now!

Minxy, me and one of my friends were singing the soundtrack today in German class while we were working on a project. Frau McColloh was quite entertained.

Dear Very Loud Guy at Lowe's this evening,
When you pushed your cart by us in the extremely wide aisle and almost ran us over because you couldn't scootch over a hair that was my first clue. You were SO loud that the entire store could hear you talking to your dad. Then it happened. I heard you yelling "NOOOO, not here, not HERE!!!" over and over to your son. I couldn't help myself, I had to look and there it was, your son trying to pull his pants down and use the display toilet to do his business. He was at least 11 years old so I'm not quite sure what was going on, but you had him in a death hold that would have made me pass out from lack of oxygen so that's one strong kid. I sure hope you got him to a proper bathroom, Mr. Loud.
Sincerely,
Quiet lady you almost ran over

Thanks to Glee, I've had that soundtrack in my head since Tuesday. I don't like the movie, but I like the songs, esp. "Hot Patootie".
