While I replied nicely I really hate the assumption that no shampoo equals dirty hair...grrrr...even after over 2 years my own mother is skeptical...she sees me almost every day!

Ew, don't worry about what other people say. I love the looks on their faces when they're fluffing my hair, running their hands through it, and just saying how much they love it but yet they recoil in horror when I reveal my haircare routine...oil and conditioner cleanings and rarely shampooing.

I think my brain may explode.
Cheez-Its are coming out in a new flavor.
I don't know if I'm ready for this challenge.

Hee, I actually teach my hair care classes to not use shampoo either.

I suspect ninja dog and her love of cheesy treats will be quite delighted soon.

Yeah, I'm gonna have to stay out of that thread lest I end up on another rant. Grrrr, can't even . . .

The hair one? I had to just say something succinct, (though maybe to frank as I tend to do) and would probably suit the poster better. Some people aren't ready for the work and change of perception that curls sometimes need.

(Blushing......)
----------------------------------
I know Saria's not talking about the shampoo thread, but honestly, I can't understand why people actually care what another person does to her hair. If it looks nice, or even decent, and bugs aren't jumping from one head to another, why is it any one else's business?
Am I missing something here? Doesn't one's need for or lack of need for shampoo depend on one's hair type?

Thanks for thinking of me!!
Work has been crazy, but the first project is done (until next quarter).
Off to find crazy threads that I'm getting whiffs of.

Hi, TRBL (again).
Are you uneasy about the increase in Cheez-Its variety?

I usually stick with the baked Cheez-Its, they are my fav. So I wouldn't say I'm uneasy, but I am intritgued.
I love just about all things cheese (hehe, even though I didn't know him then, my husbands knickname as a kid was cheddar/cheddar cheese)

Not so much drama. I guess nobody's been rubbed the wrong way by certain comments as I was.
