I think she's just amazing looking.
I think the Mercedes *****iness was playful and jokey and in no way serious. She seems to have a very quick sense of humor, good with the one-liners, I don't think it was meant seriously at all. Her "I looked GOOD at my prom" comment killed me.
I read somewhere that Janice has a book out. I SO want that book!

Also, I had a question - I keep hearing people bash Yoanna's body shape, but I didn't find that they ever really showed her. My theory is that the judges mentioned it and people who had other favorites just picked up on it. They did one time show some excess hanging over some pants, but it really looked like the pants were just too tight - that's a pant flaw, not a body flaw. Are there any pics of this allegedly hideous body Yoanna is supposed to have? They showed her more or less nude a LOT last night and she looked fine to me.

Well Yoanna was thin but soft. too soft. IMO she just needed to do some pilates to tone up. There are no pictures of the "imperfection", which often baffled the judges. On the upn interview she said that the problem is gone now. so yay for her!
Did anyone chuckle when Tyra was discussing what it meant to be a clutch player? I was thinking...yeah you don't call time out when you don't have any time-outs left.
Oh, I heard that Janice rips Kimora up in the book.

Yeah, they kept saying that but I just sort of expected them to ya know, give some kind of visual. Although, it's probably nice that they didn't as so many of these shows are already pretty high in the humiliation factor.
That's what I read and being my nosey self, I totally wanted to read what she had to say! Kimora kills me. KILLS me. On the same day I saw her talking about her gold toilet (MTV Cribs) and like ten minutes later, her husband is going on and on about how money isn't important and things can't make you happy (John Stossel). Ok then.

well yoanna was very good at elongating (sp?!) her body for her nude shots. she knew what poses gave her the best look and that talent. she may be soft, but...she knew how to work the camera so that it accentuated her best features, whether she was wearing a great outfit or nothing at all.
i am really glad she won.

You know, everytime I looked at Janice I wondered how in the world she could have been a supermodel because I don't think she's very pretty. I just looked at some old pics of her and wow, she looked different. What happened?
What did you guys think of Yoanna cutting her hair?

I'm really glad that Yoanna won too. And I agree with whoever said that Mercedes & Shandi will still get work. Shandi handled the loss with such grace -- she's a strong girl.
Poor little Mercedes -- yes, I think she was definitely joking with the comments about Yoanna - she's not a mean girl, but she wanted what she wanted and she fought a good fight. She did a great job.
When Yoanna brought up to the judges how her heel broke and she had to use Mercedes, Janice was like, "Oh wow! Not many people would've lent out their shoes - that was really nice of her!" - it was funny b/c Yoanna's expression changed like, 'Damn! Why did I bring that up? You're supposed to be giving me credit, not her!'
Again, I'm really glad that they saw it in Yoanna to call her the winner b/c she'll be wonderful. That photo of her was strikingly beautiful!!

What happened to Janice is a LOT of tragic unnecessary surgery - which is why her "don't ever touch your face" comment to Mercedes (and I agree!) was SO funny.
I will have that book. Those books. Whatever. I love her. My goodness tho, she just doesn't even look like herself. What was she thinking?
Oh - Yoanna and the scissors. Oh MAN. It wasn't that bad once they fixed it. I mean. Considering. At least it wasn't in the front.

I looked Janice up on imdb and she's 51. I had no idea. Maybe age has something to do with how different she looks. But it doesn't seem like age, she looks...hard and rough like she's always p'od and she'd f you up if you looked at her cross-eyed or something.

I'm telling you, she's had her lips done, her nose done, her eyes done, her cheeks and chin done, her whole face pulled so tight she can't blink, and her breasts have been done - and that's not the whole list. I saw her on a talk show (I honestly think it was Dr. Phil) and she admits to it all. Everything on her really is fake. The thing is, instead of just maintaining her own looks, she now looks like someone else.

That's a shame because she used to be stunningly beautiful. When I googled her I found a really beautiful pic of her, I couldn't believe it was her. I'd post it here so you could see what I mean, but she was nekkid and I don't think that would be such a great idea...lol

The only thing that hasn't change is that odd widow's peak she's got going. She was very pretty, in a very natural way when she was young. Now she's overdone.
