Someone on this board posted about Yogatoes last year, and I bought some for my sister since she has bunions. She said she could hardly pry them away from her husband and son! I got a pair for myself also and I like them. If I remember to use them, they do make my feet feel good.

fig jam let me know what you think after you've had a chance to use them! i think on the package it says wear them for a short amount of time then increase the time. your feet do feel a little ummm stretched when you first take them off...but that's the point.

I don't quite understand how these "YogaToes" work, though. They just look painful, to me.

Couldn't you use some of those pedicure toe separator thingies for the same purpose? My feet are so small though I doubt it'd be comfortable. Interesting though... I'm such a sucker for foot pain remedies. It'll be interesting to see what other curlies say about this.

lauraloo the pedicure thingies are separate but these REALLY SEPARATE. they use a gel/plastic type material so they really spread your toes and keep them that way...they really are nice. they have small sizes too..

Yes, you will really feel the stretch with these, much more than the pedicure toe separators. If you don't push them down all the way to the base of the toes the stretch is less, so you can work your way into the full stretch if it's uncomfortable at first.

These are very nice for people who squish their feet into pointy heels all day. It helps your toes straighten out again.

Have they actually made an improvement in your sister's bunions? I have them on both feet, as does my mother (she's had surgery on both feet twice now). We've considered trying them out.

I always feel compelled to go buy Yoga Toes after I read these threads. I really don't need them...my feet are fine...but they sure look like they'd feel good. I love stretching.

ANYWAY...I'm trying to stop myself. Maybe I'll get them for xmas. There are some eBay vendors selling them cheaper...$45 including shipping, rather than $49.99 plus $7 shipping at the official website. You just have to be careful and look for the authentic Yoga Toes among the listings, rather than knockoffs.

I bought what turned out to be knockoffs. I haven't used them very much at all. I have a slight hammer toe that needs a fixin....maybe I'll put them on in the tub tonight.
