actually, sorry if this is TMI, but i think that's fine too - with a tampon in so just clitoral stimulation. i am ultra sensitive with that during my period and it's a very different/strong orgasm.
we've done this before too.

I don't really have any issues with it as long as my SO doesn't. My current SO has no issues, but my ex was just grossed out by it. My flow isn't even very heavy at all except for the second day. So, I tend to avoid it on that second day since it is a touch too messy and slippery for my liking, but any other time is fair game. I've also noticed more sensitivity around ovulation and before menstruation.

with my daughter's father when we were younger it didn't stop our activity at all, it was a non-issue. actually if my memory serves me correctly, your flow actually kind of slows down a bit.

with my ex he would neva-eva even think the thought. he almost has a phobia about mestruation in general.

Yep - mine literally stops during intercourse, so whether or not we do it has never been an issue.

Neither one of us mind. I don't make a plan of doing it then, but sometimes if you really want it, nothings standing in the way! I usually like to wait b/c it's easier than worrying about the mess, but it's not a no no! Plus, you dont' have to worry about getting pregnant! Unless you release 2 eggs in a month. Oops!

I hate myself during my period!! I'm grouchy, bloated, and yucky!

There's no way I want to have sex when I'm like that. BUT - just before and right after are always a good time.

Same with me and both of my husbands. My husband is a diver and he used to joke about sharks.

I do and it doesn't bother me at all. I'm not afraid of getting dirty. I have soap and running water. It's okay.

I also heard that you can still get pregnant if the egg has not flushed out yet...

There is also the possibility that another egg is there waiting to be fertilized or another one can be released later. While I'm on, we have a method we use that has always produced mess-free sessions. No unconventional bodily fluids at all. This is the time when I am at my "peak" and I need it when I need it. My husband is truly into "putting a towel down" but he doesn't want to see or smell anything. It works for us but I am a 2-3 dayer, have never felt a cramp and am very light. Is this TMI?

Ya, but it's hard to pinpoint the exact DAY of conception, so it could have been that you got pregnant when you ovulated, or even during your next ovulation cycle. But yes, I know that anything is possible. I think if you're meant to get pregnant, you'll get pregnant!!

I know for a fact it was that day. I don't know if I had a weird second ovulation thing or if the egg was clinging on for dear life or what but I know it was that day. Our "relations" were few and far between and we used condoms faithfully every time but that one time. We weren't trying to get pregnant. It was a heat of the moment decision that we thought was okay because the egg was dead and I wouldn't be ovulating for another couple of weeks, so we thought. This is probably all TMI but I wish I had known then what I know now!

Very funny! I know the day b/c I just know what happened. But in my case, I was smack in the middle of ovulation, and DH got his days mixed up!

My current g/f has had a hysterrectomy, so that is not a problem.

My last g/f would do it on occasion. We just put a towel down and actually it adds a little more lubicant. I did not have a problem with it

i put "ewww"
i am an EXTREMELY heavy bleeder, and it lasts for 7 days. i hate dealing with it, and i wouldn't want to put my husband through that either.

we did do it once. it was junior year in highschool, our first time EVER, and we had planned it out for a month because we knew his parents would be out of town ...sure enough, my irregular self started that morning. did that stop us? no. i wish it did though. it made an already akward situation a LOT more akward!

plus, there are tons of other things you can do to eachother, without "going all the way" so we usually opt for some of those during that time!
