Its virtually impossible for me to nap during the day. I actually just tried for two hours to nap but to no avail.

Well I feel some people practice more self-control than others. I guess I'm asking if you practice more or less self control in general.
It's like your reading my mind today Ninja. My feet have been freezing since I left the hospital today. Even with their cozy slipper socks AND slippers.

curlysue, put a pair of socks (wool, if possible) in the dryer, then put them on. Or wrap your feet in a warm towel. As a last resort, soak them in a hot bath. HTH.
Ahem! Well, I can make myself do things I have to, but I give in to minor temptations a lot lately. But not with food.

Yes, especially now that I've officially frozen my age at a number I can live with. (I have dessert with every meal on my bday, plus presents!!!!)
