i'm disappointed with the grades she got in college this semester and i think buying her an ipod is rewarding her. then again, christmas is christmas and i was going to buy it before i saw her grades...i dunno, what do you think?
I'd say buy it for her. Like you said, you were gonna get it before you saw the grades. (haven't seen my daughter's yet, but her expression all semester long has been, "I don't think I did well, but I don't care).

The inevitable question: Have you finished your Christmas shopping? (if you celebrate)

Absolutely. I'm procrastinating right now and I always wait until the last minute to do things.

Do you like your marshmallows lightly roasted or burnt?

What's the last thing you ate?

Decorating the Christmas tree and trying hard to stay away from the Brazilian food that my daughter and her boyfriend will be ordering.

What's the worst injury you've ever had?

When I was 15 or so, I went on an adventure training trip to Lake Ullswater (Northern England) where I jumped off a wall (in a competition) and somehow injured/strained my feet. The doctor insisted they were fine, but I could barely walk for 2 weeks.

If you could be invisible for a day, what would you do?

Follow George W. Bush around to see what he's REALLY up to.

What are you waiting for someone to invent?

Something to get my period over and done with in two hours instead of five days

Do you think the potential for peace on earth is an impossibility?
