I used to run around in circles banging my head against the wall when I got a migraine. But it didn't help me sleep and didn't help the migraine so I gave it up. : )

I'm so lucky and get a good 7-9 hours sleep every night. On a rare occasion I will have to take a PM if my brain won't shut up.

I've never tried them, it looks like it requires patience and I don't have it. Plus when I paint my finger nails it makes my otherwise super strong and thick nails weak and they peel.

Yes, only a few times a year. But I must be doing something wrong because I still have heat damage in spots. <<shrug>>

Does using a neti pot at the first sign of a cold keep it from getting worse? Or wouldn't a neti pot do anything at that point?

Quite often actually. There's usually a small herd of cows across from our fire station when I leave for work in the morning. Occasionally there's a small herd at the north end of the canyons in the spring with the wee ones.

Is it wrong for me to turn off the wifi on the router at 8pm? Then back on after Bella's asleep? She's not allowed to use her phone after 8 in order to ensure chores, piano and ready for bed are done by 9.

We have not had a frost yet (it's actually late for us this year but it will be soon).
I don't know the rules for asking more than 1 question so go ahead. And I will answer it. : )
I think it's very reasonable and smart to turn off the electronics for a period of time every night.

I didn't have a favorite Cosby kid, although I liked the show overall. Rudy got on my nerves, as did Theo and Vanessa. Sandra seemed out of place. And Denise, I don't know...
