I had to look it up. Its a device that uses the internet to allow you to stream movies and shows to your TV.
What has Claudine been up to?

Working, trying to manage the new bidet, poodle-sitting, and dog walking. The usual. Thanks for asking! Hope all is well with you, Deli Lady.
Just please tell me how the guy getting gas did the falsetto, okay?
What's the worst Xmas candy? Those weird gross hard ribbons?

He certainly didn't come close to the actual note. It was more baritone and off key. I think he may have been singing badly on purpose.
I agree those ribbons are bad. I guess they are meant to be more admired than eaten.
What made you laugh today?

That's hard to say. I've gotten some good ones, but I remember the ecstasy I felt when I found just one more surprise behind the Xmas tree when I was about four or five, wrapped so nicely in that old ivy-green Marshall Field's paper. It might have been a baby buggy or an easy bake oven. I can't remember now.
Then again, I got my dogs Irving and Claude for my birthday (separate years, of course), and that was pretty great.
My worst was the hideous gingerbread house mess that a "friend" regifted me from her son's school project. I also received a staple gun one memorable year. Yeah.
Have you ever considered just letting your eyebrows grow out?

OMG! I would LOVE a staple gun!!! Seriously!
I don't do anything to my eyebrows. They are transparent so why bother? If I fill them in, of course, I do them more narrow than what's actually there. Yes, I am an alien
ETA: oops, a question:
What is a gift that you've given that you thought was amazing but it wasn't well received?

claudine - it's on this page. Say It. I Dare You.
are you guys hating on ribbon candy? I mean real old fashioned ribbon candy, the kind that is super thin and is in spicy flavors? if so I can no longer speak to any of you (unless you find some real ribbon candy and send it to me. I've had a hard time finding it in recent years. Only the 'modern' thick gross imitation of ribbon candy).
I can't really think of a gift that wasn't well received. My family tends to be very exuberant in the receiving of gifts.
I will pass that question along.

Love it! That looks fun. Thanks for the link.
curlysue's question went unanswered above, so......what made me laugh yesterday was my tall thin friend insisting that her short, fat dog resembled her. "She has my eyes!" she said.
I have never had good ribbon candy, Jeepy. But I do like spicy things.
Cashmere socks. I got them for my brother one year and thought, "This is great!" Of course, he thought they were "meh."

Just how many old TV shows did Quincy Jones score?

18, that I count: JONES, QUINCY - The Museum of Broadcast Communications
But this page could be out-of-date.
When's the last time you went to bed with makeup on?

It's been a long time. More than likely after a long night of drinking.
What is the longest period of time you've gone without any makeup on?

Probably when I was practically on my deathbed with my thyroid. I couldn't even stand to shower for over a week so makeup wasn't on my radar.
What age did you start wearing makeup?

I've decided that I'll never get down to my original weight, and I'm OK with that--After all, 8 pounds 2 oz. is just not realistic.

At 11.
Have you ever been asked, "How do you get your hair so curly?"

Well, I got mad at my father and stepmother2 for sending me alone to a therapist, so I rubbed blue pool cue chalk all over my eyes to look crazy when I was about 10 or 11. Does that count?
Do you get excited to give people Xmas gifts?

I don't know since I don't love fudge. I DO get excited giving Xmas gifts tho! I found some great gifts for my family and my boyfriend this year. It's a year long challenge and I enjoy it.
Do you eat lunch at about the same time every day? (I'm like Pavlov's dog. Noon siren rings and I am immediately starving and want lunch)
