Yes.

Do the recent school shootings and other cases of child murderers bother you a lot?

Terribly, especially since I'm still crying over the friend I lost that way last February.

Do you like or loathe Valentine's Day? Are you joining in the NC card exchange?

I'm impartial to it. We don't celebrate it since we (mushy warning) are love birds year around. I am participating in the NC card swap because I thought it would be fun!

Have you ever had any major dental work?

No, never even had a true cavity. I had a couple of "suspect molars" filled as a kid as a preventative, which I now think is total BS and can't believe my mom went ahead with, but I digress... Anyway, no, no major dental work. No Novocain, no anything and I'd like to keep it that way!

Do you have a favorite "celebrity" chef?

I've had loads of dental work; result of weird genes. I've had 8 cavities, 3 years of braces, 2 implants and 2 crowns.

I love rachael ray, she's so fun!

Do you like animals in general?

Can't stand them. Especially the one who just plopped down on my lap in the snow and kissed me. She's a fiend.

Should I have an egg in fried bread for dinner?

I don't like eggs and the smell of a fried egg just takes over the house. My husband loves fried egg sandwiches. But if you want one eat one

How's your day today?

Pretty good. Fairly productive and baby's been happy. Dogs are a bit whingey, but I think they're just restless because it's too darn cold to go for a long walk like we normally do.

Oh, do orthodontics count as dental work? If so, then yes, I had braces as a kid.

Are fascinators still "in"?

A type of small hat, made popular by Duchess Kate.

Do you have a favorite type of cereal?

I'm not much of a cereal eater.

Did claudine have to google that?

Somehow I don't think so.

Do you fold your underwear/bras or just let them hang loose in your drawer?

Sort of half and half. Bras are usually folded and unders are usually just stacked flat. Camisoles and leggings/tights are folded and socks are rolled in pairs (same drawer, so figured I'd offer it all up...).

If you could liken yourself to an animal at this moment, what would it be?

A liger since they eat everything and don't stop. Ok not a natural animal but I can't seem to stop munching lately.

Are you expecting snow today?

Not today but tomorrow night we are expecting a little.

What can one do about scratchy sandpaper-y dry hands? I have to wash my hands regularly at work and try to apply lotion often but it isn't helping.

Sleep with your hands slathered in vaseline, covered by thin cotton gloves.

Why are curved snow shovels supposed to be more effective?

Umm they hold more?

I've never seen a snow shovel.

Do you shovel snow?

WHAT? Goldy, where are you?

Hell to the yes, I shovel snow! Sometimes I feel it's my life's work, shoveling out another g-d driveway.

What seemingly common item have you never seen?
