This morning when I took the dog out.

When was the last time you were dressed up?

I've decided that I'll never get down to my original weight, and I'm OK with that--After all, 8 pounds 2 oz. is just not realistic.

I have on a suit today (yes, with hideous red hiking shoes). But I'm not sure that's what you meant.....good question: passing it on.

Side response- It counts. For me anything that isn't my black cotton lounge pants and a t-shirt is considered dressed up. It's different for everyone, in my opinion.

Carry on!

I wore heels to an interview in August.....that's the last time I can remember. Wait --- I got sort of dressed up last June for a client party.

Are you going to watch Westminster tonight?

Nope, I didn't watch it. I didn't know about it until after the fact.

Do you have plans for anything special today, whether you have an SO or not?

Yep, a lot, especially if I'm not on my meds.

What does it mean to be charged at net? Like if your client asks to be charged at net for any subcontractor's costs, does that mean the client doesn't want you to mark up the costs?

That's what I would think.

If you have pets that require grooming, do you do it yourself or bring them to a groomer?

I've done both. I think some people have a knack for it, and others don't, though there's probably those in between who could go either way. I find the poodle shrieks a bit when I try to work on her neck and chest, which I hear she doesn't do for others. What gives? Anyway, I have the equipment to do a quick tail or face when she's here, but lately she's been getting "done" professionally. Bathing a big poodle is a real pain, so it's probably just as well.

Have you seen the new Yahoo home page? Opinions?

Maybe. You might like it.

I hear good things about polar fleece slippers. Have you tried them?

My husband has a pair and I like to wear them. I'm sure I'd like them even more if they fit me. I'm a size 8.5; he's a 13.

Do you find it sometimes easier to read emails and other electronic documents if you print them out?

But those eyebrows! They're so perfect.

I am fine today, thank you. I do keep looking down at my crotch in these leggings though.

What new makeup skill has TNB mastered lately?

I don't know, but I've mastered... Not wearing any! Ha. I have a big Mac makeup chest in my bathroom that hasn't been touched since... My wedding (2010!). I used to be crazy for makeup and there's some really good stuff in there, but I just can't be bothered anymore. Plus, being around a husband who insists I look better without it helps too. (I know, men influencing my self-perception. Yadda Yadda.)

I usually run it every two days or so.

Do you ever buy fresh flowers to brighten things up inside?

Occasionally, but then I get annoyed when they die and I have to clean the vase. DH has stopped buying them for me because I complain about the cleanup. I'd rather have chocolate, anyway.

What kind of toothpaste do you use?
