I've decided that I'll never get down to my original weight, and I'm OK with that--After all, 8 pounds 2 oz. is just not realistic.
Yes, although I wish I didn't have to cover some of it to keep the happy doggies off.

Do you remember Uneeda Biscuits?

They were people biscuits, but dogs liked them too. They were like big puffy saltines. I loved them.

I would visit either the 40s or the 70s. But I wouldn't want to stay too long in either.

Are your pets scared of thunder?

Dogs and nature abhor a vacuum.
http://geaugadoggy.wordpress.com
We are just coming into our first thunderstorm season with our girl, so I'm not sure. She is generally okay with inside noises - doesn't mind the vacuum/blender/other appliances. But she does hate diesel (and/or 2 stroke?) engines, i.e. garbage trucks/snow blowers etc.

Are any flower starting to bloom in your area? (crocus and daffodils here)

There are so many things blooming here!! It's glorious.

Calvin wasn't always scared of thunder. He would regularly sleep right through a storm, then a few years ago he started getting scared and I have no idea why. It's progressed to the point that if there is one tiny thunder he turns into a shivering ball of fur that is stuck to me like velcro. He's got heart problems and it makes me nervous, but thankfully we live in an area that rarely sees a thunderstorm. We've been here two years and I've heard thunder maybe three times.

Do you paint your doggies toenails? If you don't have a dog do you paint your own?

We have crocus and a few daffs here, too. They're a delight.

Why does jewelry look good on some people and not others?

I don't paint my doggies' toenails, bit sometimes I paint my own.

Do you use those Sally Hansen polish stickers?

I think jewelry is an individual thing, I know there are some looks I just can.not.rock. but then there are those that I can.

I haven't used the nail stickers, I almost feel like I would be cheating if I did. Cheating on what I have no idea. I do thinks some of the designs are pretty cool.

Does humidity make you sleepy?

Dogs and nature abhor a vacuum.

Humidity is so rare around here that I can't say I remember for sure, but I don't think so. Of course my natural state is sleepy.. or hungry.. or sleepy and hungry. Yeah, sleepy and hungry.

Do you appreciate opera? Not that you listen to it all the time or anything, but if you happen to hear for reals singers (live) while at the grocery store, can you appreciate it, or do you view it as noise?

I love opera. Love it. Opera buffa, especially.

How often do you buy vinegar?

Dogs and nature abhor a vacuum.
http://geaugadoggy.wordpress.com
Depends on the season. We have an awful problem with gnats and/or fruit flies during the warmer months...so I put about 4 small bowls of 1/4 cup vinegar with a squirt of dish soap each to kill them. They're attracted to the vinegar and the soap traps them. Bwaaa haaa haaa!!!!

What would you bring to a curly cookout at Springy's house?

Les Miserables. It's kicking my butt. I don't speak any French and I am discovering I don't speak much English either. Gah.

H & R Block or TurboTax?
I've used both and prefer TurboTax (much cheaper)

I don't know, but Molly needs one; she is terrified of thunder.

What is the purpose or meaning of the usage of "hashtags"?
I know it has something to do with twitter, but that is the extent of my knowledge.
