No, but I don't wear any tights. They make me itch. I rarely wear dresses/skirts, so not really an issue for me. I'm sure you look cute, not goofy. And don't feel bad, an old coworker of mine had these green pattern tights and her husband always called her "lizard legs" when she wore them. Men are the goofy ones.

What's on your calendar? (The picture)

I think it would depend on the man, for me personally I'd rather be a man in NYC, but maybe that's because as a woman I'd ALSO prefer to go to NYC (I watch the food network way to much, and there are way too many places I'd like to eat)

ETA: Answering LA's question - Tulips.. my boss gets a calendar from Holland every year and I steal it (well not really, he gives it to me) some of the pictures are amazing.

What is a common thing that you have never done? (I have never cooked a turkey.. or seen all of Beaches/Steel Magnolia's or any number of popular 'chick flicks')

Made pie crust, even though I love to bake.

What's for dinner tonight?

Hmm... I've never had a martini.

ETA: Not sure. Probably leftovers from Mexican last night.

What do you think about 2012?

Flameless candles: Cheesy or smart?

Mostly cheesy. We have one in the living room, but it always stays off. It's just there for show, but since it's in a fabric-lined wicker basket my mom went for the fake one so my dad wouldn't light it on accident. Yes, he has lit candles in flammable places before....

When is your birthday?

Old Navy!! I got them buy one get one free on Thanksgiving day. I now have purple and teal tights. I'm going back for more neutral colors soon.

Birthday: August 29. Used to brag that I share a b-day with MJ.

What did you do for your last b-day?

I went out to eat and had coffee with a few of my friends. I'll probably do the same thing this year.

Is your weather all funky? It's 35, rainy, and windy and it has been all day.* Do not want.

*It was warmer earlier.

I would love to be a man for a day. I love the dollar store. My dad loves al jolson and eddie cantor. I love sweet noodle pie (italy's version of kugal). I have melted a flameless candle by trying to light it.

The weather is super dark rainy windy icky today. and gonna get cold and snowy soon.

Do you like new years eve? (I have always hated it)

I'm sorta indifferent about NYE. I always want to make a bunch of appetizers because I love little food, but I never do it. Maybe this year I will because we'll probably have family here. It is a little special because hubs proposed NYE 2000 (probably thought the Y2K bug was gonna make the world explode and figured hey, what do I have to lose?)

Do you use your fingers to add things instead of just counting in your head?

I used to like it, but that was when I was always up for a party or fun. Now I don't care. Although I wouldn't say no to a good invitation, if I got one, which I doubt will happen (I'm such a ray of sunshine!).

Are you comfortable around people who work in law enforcement?

Yes, I use my fingers if I can't do the math in my head (and I usually can't).

How do you feel about drug tests? (I don't really like the idea, even though I could pass one.)

My ex is a corrections officer, my dad is a security guard at the courthouse, my brother in law is a judge - so I'm sort of forced to be around and be comfortable around cops and such.
I'm not keen on drug testing unless its for like doctors or airline pilots or someone who holds my life in my hands.

Does you pet snore?

Snores, whimpers, yelps, kicks. He dreams a lot.

Have you ever flat ironed your own hair? I think my arms would fall off if I tried.

None! I go through them regularly (which isn't to say I don't keep quite a few.)

It's raining. My dogs hate rain. Should I bother taking them out for a last piddle?

I would try. If they don't go, they don't go, but I would rather them go outside than have to clean up after them inside...

Why is it only raining even though it's below freezing?
