What's a city bike? A moped or scooter? If so, yes. I have a pink one (it never runs well).

How is Agnes (for AG.)? Did she get treats for Xmas?

Something like this.

She was adopted by my grandma. She is BIG, and healthy. Did you know she also survived a flood? The town where my grandparents live is completely flooded (but, don't worry, my grandparents and Agnes are safe -- they moved to another town, temporarily).

And, apparently it's a male (according to my grandma)!

Home made hazelnut/chocolate sauce and brussels sprouts in garlic and lemon. (Yes, I should have eaten them in reverse, but I got hungry for chocolate before the sprouts were ready.)

How about you?

Leftover mac n cheese with gruyere and marscapone for lunch. For dinner green chile chicken and lime soup. It's fan-freakin-tastic.

Do you use a space heater in the winter?

It's on the way, but I have absolutely no idea if we're supposed to get a little or a lot. Either way I'm going to enjoy it since we won't have snow next year in CA!

Do you like listening to people talk who have accents? Do you have a favorite?

I LOVE accents! Right now I'm enjoying Russian most. My Welsh sister in law's father has a lovely soft accent as well; he's fun to hear. I've been known to eavesdrop on the old Russian immigrants at the grocery store, just to hear the rise and fall and smooshy sound of their words. Of course, I have no idea what they're saying, and how they keep all those consonants from tangling on their tongues. And....the tellers at the branch of my bank are generally Russian too, so that's fun as well: "Please! Have cookie! Is Strawberry Newton! Very tasty!"

Okay, sorry.

When is springy moving?

June-ish (Jeep knows me better than I do, I swear). Everything is still up in the air on that, but we're working out the details.

Kick-azz detail: DH got orders to a school in CA so he gets to go check out where we're moving!!!!! He's going to take an extra 4 days so he can check out base housing and the area so if we have to find a rental we'll sorta know where to look (maybe, it's never that easy). Never thought I'd be so thrilled that he'd be gone for almost 2 weeks, but I am! Amazing opportunity.

I'm gonna say I want to go to CA on vacation so I can pretend it's a fun thing.

Do you ever watch Lifetime movies?

No, but I have a morbid interest in the movie about the Craig's List killer.

Yes. I thought it was very cute and pretty creative. I did not really like Megamind.

Is there any movie genre you refuse to watch?

I pretty much hate movies glorifying the Mafia. They're just criminals --- what's the fascination?

I can't watch movies about lost animals. I literally start weeping from the moment they start. No matter how stupid or manipulative the plot, I cry. I blame the Disney of my youth.
