Ick, no. Hate the smell and feel of cotton after it's been "softened."

Would you wear something silly just to amuse yourself on a first date (I'm talking about fake rubber teeth or an eye patch, etc.)?
Probably not on a first date unless he was someone I've known for awhile. But I would probably ACT silly at some point!

When was the last time you went on a date?

ha ha ha this question amuses me.

Almost three/four/five years...fucjk it, too long.

I have a situation and I need help. I've invited a friend over a bunch of times and I usually cook, and I invited them over yesterday and their response was

"That's fine, unless you wanna go grab xyz, it saves you having to cook and clean up a mess."

Now am I wrong for assuming that said individual

(a) does not want to come over
(b) wants to eat s/t else and make it seem like it was my choice

I got issues. There's a question in there someplace.

kayb - i'm a negative thinker most of the time so if it was me I would automatically think they either didn't like coming to my house or didn't like my food. In reality maybe they just don't want you to have to cook and clean up all the time.

When was the last time you went swimming?

Not anymore. I did when I was younger. I was thinking earlier that I learnt to hand wash stuff for nothing! All those Sat mornings I could have been sleeping in I was busy scrubbing clothes and now all I do is throw things in a washing machine.

Man I am cranky today.

How shall I cheer myself up? (jeep your response above calmed me down ty)
welcome. have some tea, chocolate, snack, a hot bath, a nap, read a book, watch a funny movie. : )

what is your favorite chocolate?

Right now my answer is "any that I can shove in my mouth.." because I can't seem to stop eating tonight (including snacking on chocolate).

My old neighbor, who is now 80. She still lives next to my folks in the house I grew up in. She taught me how to drive a stick & I never looked back!

Do you know how to drive a stick?
Nope! My mom does though...I would ask her to teach me, but she gets crazy when I drive . I'll as her anyways .

My parents were going to name me Rebecca, wbu?

Water nor snow...big fat no.

DH wanted to try snowshoes, I guess there is no reason to buy any now.

Do you make a lot of lists? I'm a big time "lister". It's turning into a sickness I do believe.

not usually. if i ever make a list, it's a budget list (ex. Christmas present budget, prom budget, etc.)

What do you do for a living? I'm thinking of being an architect.

I do various office work. I've been there almost 24 years and I really don't do much. My boss just likes someone to talk to. Plus 24 years ago he thought I was cute so he asked me to come work for him. I have a great job.

spring - i make lists about every thing. I make at least one list every day. And I redo them if they get too messy. I'm list obsessed. But it makes me very organized, I never procrastinate, I'm never late, I never forget anything. Well almost never.

Are you a late or early or right on time person?

i'm either early or on time. I'm neurotic about time.

What are your Sunday plans?
meh...i'd say right on time.

we're skipping church tomorrow (boo! hiss!) becuase my big sis is flying back for college tomorrow afternoon, and everybody wants to go out an have breakfast before she leaves. then i'll come home, finish the rest of my homework, and veg out on the sofa to prepare myself to not have school on monday.

My mom keeps harassing me about having too many socks . What is one thing that you have just too much of?
