opppsss. I suppose we are all!

I don't really have a favorite brand... I guess OPI and Sally Hansen are like the only ones I use...so those could be considered my favorite.

What is your most popular color of nail polish to wear?

Hahah @TRBL I just noticed it happened multiple times!

I really like dark red/brown/purple tones.

How was your day?
not the greatest... a few people in the house were pretty uptight.

How was yours?

Great actually even though my moods not the best (it's the weather) I worked on album artwork for two great artists. One of which I've known forever, I'm super excited he's starting to get the exposure he deserves. His music is great!

Are you into lesser known artists/groups?
I am by default, DH listens to a lot of stuff/people I've never heard of and he always makes the play lists. I rarely ever fool with my iPod because iTunes is on his laptop and I forget to update my own (iPod) so we listen to his most of the time.

I've decided that I'll never get down to my original weight, and I'm OK with that--After all, 8 pounds 2 oz. is just not realistic.
Don't wear make-up.

Do you live in the city?
<3 Our love is like the wind; I can't see it. But I can feel it. <3
I live in a small town of 15,000 and I live right in the heart of downtown. I love it but I'm really a country girl and love being out in the boondocks.

I couldn't live without waterproof mascara.
I almost always make johnnycakes instead of pancakes. And I want some right now!

Nothing because we haven't hung anything since moving in. The whole house has been redone and I almost feel guilty putting holes in the walls so I've waited until I'm certain where I want things to go. I'm pretty sure 3 mirrored stars are going in the spot right in front of me though.

Look to your left, now back to your right, now back to your left...what is on the wall.

Hubby's me wall from the Corps at A&M.
What's on the wall directly behind you?
Big ass window...lol
Yep, there is a big ass window behind me. And a bunch of house plants.

If you look out the window nearest to you, what do you see?

The shadow of an enormous rhododendron in the darkness, and the occasional pale moth, fluttering frantically against the glass.

Is it sock season yet?
I loved your description.

I have socks on for the first time in about 4 months. It feels kinda nice, but I will quickly miss being barefoot or wearing flippies.

Is it chili making weather yet?

Thanks, jeepy.

Not quite yet for chili. I think we need a slightly brisker wind, and some yellow leaves first.

What is it the right season for? What's most ripe or best tasting now? (Candy counts.)
Brussel sprouts, broccoli raab, celery root, okra, plums that's all I can think of at the moment.

Could you live in Hollywood?
No can do, I'm a small town kind of gal. I live close enough to a city at the moment and don't like what I see.

If you come across a word you don't know do you use contextual clues or look up the definition?
If the clues don't help I look it up. I have to. I can't let it go without knowing the meaning. Analness. : )

Are you anal about anything? (I'm anal about alot!)

Yes: punctuality. I can't help myself. I was raised to be faultless in this way, with the result that I am almost always early. (It pays to carry a book.)

Could you live without your cell phone?
Absolutely. I love texting and the ease of making plans and such that the phone allows but I could do without it. There are plenty of times I want to get rid of the phone and the computers and just go back to being my old hermit self. : )

I am very anally punctual. It's a dealbreaker for me - I won't date/live with/marry a guy who is perpetually late.

No --- never. I tried to once (and pasta, as well), but I was so hungry and low-energy that I gave it up after a week. It was an allergist's suggestion. Not worth it.

Do you think we're genetically disposed to like or love some foods?
