I do! I take them later in the day though because they could interfere with some thyroid medications I take in the morning. I take magnesium, vitamin D3 and a B12. No idea if they help me, but hopefully they aren't hurting.

I feel old because I use a pill keeper like my grandma did. Do you use a pill keeper?
