I agree with Amneris... He's in Jesus' arms right now. (I'm just so sorry he's not in your arms.)
Allow yourself the break-down. Will there ever be a 'perfect' time to experience the grief? Not really... So just experience it as it comes, and don't feel the need to be 'strong' when you need to be 'weak'.
