Late teens. I started gaining some weight in my mid-20s so they've gotten a little bigger. Also I take evening primrose oil for PMS which I think has helped them along (EP oil is known for increasing breast size). I've always been an A but am more like a B now because some of my A bras are a little on the tight spot. I'm so proud of how far my lil weezils have come. Oh yeah, during PMS days for the past year or so they swell to gargantuan size and ache like the dickens. I've always wanted bigger boobs but not like that.

Mine got a lot bigger as my metabolism slowed and I gained weight. This happened in my late thirties, early forties. It drove me nuts. Suddenly, I had these monsters to lug around. Ugh.

Thanks to surgery, they're smaller now.

Breasts tend to change size throughout your life for all sorts of reasons, thats why you need to be fitted for a bra every 6 months or so. Check your pregnant, but otherwise enjoy being a B!

Wait what??? Soy affects hormones? In a good or bad way? I was just thinking how last week I was in a really good mood before my period, had no signs of PMS whatsoever, and I was wondering why. Having swapped dairy for soy?
Of course there were external factors, but that doesn't always make a difference for me if my hormones are messing with my moods.

EP oil increases size?! Geez, no wonder my bras stopped fitting for a while! I stopped taking it because I think it was making me nauseated. Now I'm not so sure. If it increases breast size, I'm boycotting it. I'm big enough as is.

This area is under construction as my hair type changed and nothing works well for me. I shampoo, I condition and pretty much have done nothing but chuck my hair in a messy bun for the past oh...year? Yeah, I'm that lazy.

No...going no-poo or CG does not work for me. It leaves me overconditioned and oily in a second no matter what I use, so that's not what's not working.
